Welcome to Our Cousins Condo in Camdenton!

This gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in Cedar Glen Condominiums at 13 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located right off Highway 54, so no gravel or curvy roads to travel. Condo parking lot is flat and easy to get in/out. Walk-In Unit is located at parking lot level - Walk in directly from the parking lot – no stairs or gravel - Park and wheel your suitcase directly into the unit.

Living Room has sofa, love seat and comfortable rocking recliner, flat screen TV, Wireless Internet, ceiling fan and sliding door to screened in deck.

Kitchen has been beautifully upgraded and has refrigerator, stove, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, and a Mr. Coffee maker. Breakfast bar seats 4, indoor dining seats 4, and Screened Deck has outdoor patio set that seats 4.

Master Bedroom includes King bed, TV, Tall Chest of Drawers, closet, ceiling fan, sliding door to screened in deck and access to private master bathroom with shower and double sinks.

Second Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and closet.

Third Bedroom has full size bunk beds. (full size mattress on top and bottom bunks), Chest of drawers, TV and closet.

Second Bathroom is full bath with one sink, bathtub/shower and is easily accessible by second and third bedroom.

Screened Deck with ceiling fan, dining table seats 4, and comfortable patio furniture with cushions. The patio allows guests to enjoy a bug free zone with a light breeze and tranquil view of cove.

Full Size Washer and Dryer in unit.

The complex amenities include two heated pools with lake view, playground, horseshoes, fire pit, gazebo, park bench, kayak launch, and plenty of greenspace!

We provide towels, linens, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, and starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent pods and dishwasher soap.

The Condo Association has quiet hours from 11:00pm – 8:00am. You will find Our Cousins Condo to be a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy all the wonderful Activities Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!

Nature Lovers: Ha Ha Tonka State Park is 5 minute drive; Lake of The Ozarks State Park is less than 20 minute drive; Bridal Cave – 15 minutes, and Ozark Cave – 25 minutes.

Aquatic Lovers: Lake of the Ozarks is a paradise for boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, or soaking up some sun on a float. The condo has 2 pools with lake view.

Golfers: 10 Golf Courses located within 30 minute drive, including Old Kinderhook 1.7 miles away and Lake Valley Golf Club which is only 0.5 mile away!

Family Fun: Mini-Golf, 2 water parks (outdoor and indoor), bowling, and play grounds within 25 minute drive.

Beautiful place

We need a place to stay while my daughter played softball and this was better than we could have expected. The location was great, check in was easy and I hope someday we can come back when we have more time to enjoy the condo💜. Would highly recommended!

Quiet and Easy to access

We came for softball world series. This was the perfect spot for our team. We rented three condos in the same complex. Our condo was ground level making it easy to get in and out. Very clean! Close walk to the pool. 10min drive to the fields and just 20min to restaurants on the lake in Osaga beach. Would def stay again!

Parent’s anniversary

Short stay for a family event so weren’t able to take advantage of community amenities. Enjoyed walking along waterfront each morning. Condo was perfect!

Wonderful, Relaxing Condo on a quiet piece of Lake of the Ozarks

We stayed for a week for our baseball World Series and had a wonderful time. The condo was a close 10-15 minutes from Ballpark National, and also an easy drive over to Osage Beach, HaHa Tonka park, Bridal Cave etc. The condo was the perfect fit for our family of 4 + one grandparent. It is located on a quiet part of the lake and has a nice grassy area where the kids can fish or play. The pools looking out over the lake were perfect too! The condo itself was nicely appointed with a screened porch where we spent all of our evenings enjoying the milder temps of Missouri! Entering from the parking lot level was a plus, as many condos in the area require going up and down stairs! The owners were very prompt in getting back to us on any questions we had. I would recommend this condo over and over again!

Perfection!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! Super accommodating for our family, spotlessly clean- all the beds were so comfortable, nice bedding and every detail in the condo was thoughtful and well done. Had everything we needed. Easy to use TVs for winding down at night, games for the whole family were available and neatly organized. Amazing view and enjoyed peaceful mornings on the large screened in deck overlooking the cove. Location was great and easy to find, no long windy roads and close to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful communication with the owners and check is was a breeze. 10/10! Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Can not wait to go back!!

Clean relaxing stay with beautiful view!

We loved our stay! I was there for a week with my parents who are 70+. We thought this was such a cute condo! It was clean and beautifully decorated exactly as described and seen in the pictures. The master bedroom was large and my parents found the bed very comfortable. The queen bedroom was really comfortable to me and closet was a good size too. My dad gave 5 stars and a thumbs up to the rocker/recliner in the living room, too! We all enjoyed the enclosed patio and peaceful water view. While we were there, we did a combination of meals in and meals out. The kitchen had all the appliances and kitchenware we needed to make eating-in easy. The property grounds are beautiful too. We took a few walks throughout the week. The lake view can’t be beat! The complex is very well kept and we saw others out walking or sitting on their patios too. We all appreciated the easy entry… parking was plentiful and this condo unit is on parking lot level so it was easy to get in/out each day. We loved our stay and I’m already booked to come back at the end of the summer with my sisters. It is a great condo and in a great location to relax and unwind!

We are cousins, Patty and Angela! We love to travel and have traveled together on several cruises and one of our favorite vacations was a trip to Italy with our aunts. We've been coming out to Camdenton for several years and this location is our Happy Place!

We love the condo and find it to be as comfortable as home while also giving us the feel of being on vacation! We hope you enjoy your time at Our Cousins Condo and the Lake of the Ozarks as much as we do!

It is a beautiful property with a quiet relaxing atmosphere and has 2 heated pools overlooking the lake. The patio is screened in with a ceiling fan and overlooks the cove to enjoy all year round, any time of day, with your family, friends, or alone enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee and a good book. The property allows you to have some R&R but is also close enough to everything! It is easy to get out on the water, hike at a nearby state park, golf at one of 12 golf courses, shop in the downtown area, book a massage or mani/pedi, dine at local owned restaurants, make reservations for dinner at the popular Osage Beach or Sunrise Beach, take the family to mini-golf, go-carts, or simply stay in at the condo, cook your meals and enjoy time away from your daily life.
