There is a new grill and every kitchen utensil, appliance, and cookware you can think of. There is a large front porch with a small dining table, along with rocking chairs. With views of the ocean from almost every window and is the perfect family beach getaway with plenty of yard games and beach toys, chairs, and other equipment to have a great time.
This property is directly across from Rocky Nook Private Beach, that's also perfect for swimming, playing in the sand, and clam/mussel digging. A Town of Kingston Shellfish License, bucket, and rake is provided as part of your stay.
