Featuring an over sized electric fireplace with a new 75 inch smart TV, the back porch has a high top table that seats six which is adjacent to a patio area that features a gas fire pit with five chairs, and charcoal grill. This home will quickly become your favorite Orange Beach vacation getaway as you will find that its definitely a cut above the normal vacation beach rentals.

The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances. This kitchen features a unique coffee bar with a standard Cuisinart coffeemaker and a Keurig. We have supplied you with a KitchenAid mixer with baking pans galore. The kitchen has an over-sized locally made custom circular table that seats 8 comfortably, as well as the kitchen bar that seats 4. This beautiful home will accommodate up to 19 guest - The main living area has a queen sofa sleeper, sleeps two, and an electric fireplace with a 75 inch smart TV. The huge master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping 4, electric fireplace sitting area, with 70 inch smart TV, and cozy swivel recliner and a large ensuite bath with extra large soaking tub and large shower. There are three more bedrooms and 3 full private baths up stairs for each bedroom. The second bedroom features a king bed,sleeping two, with a 55 inch smart TV, the third bedroom features 2 queen beds, sleeping four, with 55 inch TV, and the forth bedroom features a full size bunk bed sleeping four and a twin bunk bed and a TV. Upstairs there is a twin pullout chair suitable for a child in hallway. Also, there is half bath located on the main floor as well. There is a pool in neighborhood.

Sunny Sally's Beach House in Summer Salt Subdivision is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, ( located directly behind The Ruby Slipper Cafe), just a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to The Romar Beach Public Beach Area which offers parking . "It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a fee is required for parking".
Docs Seafood and Steaks, Live Bait, & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk.
You can also enjoy our large zero entry community pool or for biking, running or walking head over to the Gulf State Park which offers over 25 miles of trails.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer. An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
