Private House Near Hospital & Downtown -5min drive
This private house is perfect for medical students or professions who are working at the the Augusta University Medical Center. It is also only a 10min drive to the Agusta National Golf Club for Masters golf tournament. The house is a walking distance to local restaurants such as Chinese food, KFC, buffalo wings, cook out,etc. It is also very close to local CVS and dollar stores. The house is also only a block away from Blue Line Bus 1.

The space
It is a house separated into two zones. The house comes with a complete kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The two zones are not connected and has a separate entrance, so you have the entire front house to yourself. I live in the back of the house and will only be accessible if needed. Or else the whole house is private to live.
Guest access
Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Please remember tha you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problem arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
