This is a very pleasant house, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable furniture, appliances and air-conditioning that work properly, and plenty of games and toys for kids of all ages to enjoy make this property more like a real home away from home. The house is situated on the lot where the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean can be enjoyed in the shade of beautiful live oak trees. My little dog liked to sit out on the deck outside the family room and watch the people walk by on their way to the beach, which is only a brief walk to the end of the street. Staying here was exactly what I needed to de-stress.

Great spot and price for the location! Would book again. Info for future guest's packing planning: The only item provided for you is toilet paper, you will need to bring your own hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, trash bag, etc. No starter supplies of anything. Kitchen is stocked with salt and pepper and that's it, we left some cooking oil. Dishwasher doesn't work great, though we did clean the filter. There is one skim board, but otherwise no beach supplies. There IS a basic baby/pet gate inside the house that we used to block off the deck for the dogs, so you don't need to rent one.
