This pet-friendly three-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.

Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 8 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a private patio entrance attached. The bathroom has a soaker tub, a double vanity, and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and also has a patio attached. The third bedroom has a bunk-bed with two full sized mattresses, and all the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even a dining table for family meals.

The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a outdoor community pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, games room, and gym.

•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.
