Overall we had a good experience. Check in was easy and the host was available to answer questions. Location was convenient close to airport and other attractions. The kitchen was not equipped to accommodate the number of guests (6), limited cookware, plates and eating utensils. Expired items (K-cups and tea bags), window blinds were dirty and broke.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting the easy check-in, convenient location, and our responsiveness during your stay. We’d like to clarify that the reservation was made for two adults, and the kitchen setup is stocked accordingly for the booked guest count. That said, we appreciate the comments and have since reviewed the cookware and dishware to ensure everything is in good condition for future stays. We’ve also addressed the window blinds and refreshed pantry items as part of our regular maintenance checks. Guest comfort is important to us, and we’re always working to improve. We appreciate you choosing our home and wish you safe travels.

It's a lovely property that needs some upkeep, both exterior and interior. I have experienced much cleaner stays. Here is a photo of a vent.

Phoenix

The property was nice and in a nice location it just wasn't very clean and some of the daily items like dish soap and dishwasher soap were not there and there were not many towels and no wash clothes.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt there weren’t enough towels and soap. We always keep extra supplies in the designated closet for our guests’ convenience. I wish you had reached out during your stay—I would have been happy to assist you. I appreciate your input and will make sure to highlight the location of extra supplies more clearly for future guests. Safe travels!

Just ok with issues

There is a drop off going from the entry way into the living area. One person fell hard and two stumbled on the step. The floor on the two levels are similar color making it hard to notice. There were keurig k ups but no keurig machine. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. The refrigerator water spicket leaks after use. The owners are easy to work with and communication was swift. If these issues were addressed this work be great.
