Located 10 mins from KY Expo, 15 mins from downtown and airport. Home of the Kentucky Derby, near downtown. Within minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers.

Overall a great experience. Host was responsive with communication. Met all of our needs. Pros: beds for 6, on a quiet street, has a yard, porch and swing, extra linens and blankets, laundry, friendly neighbors, bathroom is updated with nice shower, departure expectations were minimal compared to other propertiesCons: attached to another unit. Door locks from other unit. (Only reason for reduced star)

It is advertised as “sleeps 8” but it only sleeps 6. There is no sofa bed. 3 small bedrooms with a double (not queen) in each. There were supposed to be 8 of us, but 2 cancelled at the last minute. Thank goodness they did, because there was nowhere for them to sleep!! Nice, clean house. Good neighborhood. Good communication with owners. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others!!

Cute little house

We had to book something very last minute when we found this home. The check in was very easy and the home itself was cute and clean. Overall it was exactly what we needed and we were very happy with the place and the owner!

It was 80 degrees inside when we got there after being in sun all day not your fault but the aero t should’ve least been 70 or something

Great little house

We stayed for 2 nights to attend Thurby. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel like home away from home. The beds and pillows provided a comfortable night sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook light meals between our Louisville adventures! The host was really responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house and this host!

Great Stay

This property met the needs of my family when they came to stay for a Volleyball Tournament. Everything was clean, and the place was roomy. Definitely would stay here again the next time we have a volleyball tournament in Louisville!!

Groovy curtains and decor. Great amenities. Nice to have several tvs and 3 separate bedrooms with laundry. 1 Bed was almost broken when arrived. Carpet was dirty and closets smelled like animals but ok if kept them shut.

Bourbon and beyond

We stayed for 5 nights for the bourbon and beyond music festival, house was clean and had plenty of room, short drive to highland festival grounds.

Good Location, Clean, description not accurate

Great location. Home is in good shape. Only issue we had was the fact the listing said sleeps 8 but there were only 3 beds that slept 6 total, Description states there are 2 additional sleeper futons that were not there. Only a couch and love seat in the living that were not pull out couches(sleeper sofas/futons). We had to purchase an air mattress in order to accommodate the additional people.
