Oak Ledge is a short walk to the main lodge and with close proximity to everything, it’s the perfect home base to venture out and explore. Embark on a flavorful journey touring the local hotspots along the iconic Nelson 151 or explore one of the numerous waterfalls and trails. After an exciting day, find tranquility on the deck with a refreshing drink in hand as you take in the sunset.

Our cabin features a captivating double-height living room, seamlessly connected to the kitchen by an open-plan layout. Our fully equipped, and thoughtful kitchen design ensures that whether you're preparing a feast or savoring a hot coffee, you're never far from the laughter and conversation. It's an environment where cooks don’t have to miss out on the fun and parents can keep a watchful eye on their little ones. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table conveniently awaits shared meals, game nights, or planning the day's adventures.

The primary first-floor bedroom is complete with an ensuite bath that features a luxurious rain showerhead, transforming your routine into a spa-like experience. Just down the hall, you'll discover the charming front bedroom, an oasis of calm, with a nearby bathroom that offers a full bathtub and shower. Ascend to the second floor to find the third inviting bedroom, a serene hideaway with access to a convenient half bath. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to elevate your stay, combining comfort and convenience with a dash of mountain charm.

As you make your way upstairs, the loft area serves as a haven of relaxation. Sink into the plush couches, catch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or challenge someone to a board game. The loft is more than just a space; it's an opportunity for spontaneous fun, laughter, and shared moments.

POLICIES
We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Oak Ledge. To ensure this, we kindly ask you to observe the following policies:
* No Smoking
* Pets: Dogs <50 lbs are allowed with a $50 pet fee, which must be paid when booking. Pets are not to be left alone unless crated.
* Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, keeping noise levels to a minimum, particularly when outdoors.
* Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is as per the booking details. No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
* No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment.
* Driveway: The driveway is short but mildly steep - please be cautious.
* Outdoor Amenities & Fires: Follow safety guidelines when using the fire pit table, BBQ grill, and wood-burning fireplace. Do not leave these amenities unattended. No fires are allowed outside of the grill and fire table.
* Furniture and Amenities: Treat the furniture and amenities with care and keep them in their original locations. Do not remove any items from the property.
* Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the cabin during your stay. Remove shoes when entering the cabin and refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
* Respect for Nature: As the cabin is located in a beautiful natural setting, refrain from littering, disturbing wildlife, or damaging any natural features.
