Not only can you wander down to the water's edge and drop in your innertube for a float, you'll be an easy walk from Oktoberfest and the many shops and restaurants of charming downtown Helen.

Tour the area and discover local attractions that include Chattahoochee Outpost for river tubing, Alpine Mini Golf, Mount Yonah Trailhead for a scenic hike, and Nacoochee Adventures, all within a six-mile radius.

Begin each morning outside on the porch, where you can read, sip your coffee, and listen to the water run by. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush sofas, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, and whipping up your favorite snacks in the kitchenette (equipped with a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker). Enjoy a comfortable night's rest in the plush bed, complete with luxe linens and a bedside gas fireplace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
