On entering, you will absolutely fall in love with this charming, spacious home. Two lovely rooms with queen beds and one bathroom are available to the renter. There is a half bathroom downstairs.
Home has stairs to the second floor. Large Deck for you to relax with a cup of coffee or tea where you will hear chirping birds that are usually in the three mature trees in the backyard.
Home is conveniently located close to I20, 77, several popular restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife , parks, lakes and there is the famous Spring Valley golf club.
No smoking is allowed at this home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damage.
No pets are allowed.
No parties, events, or gatherings ares allowed at this home at any time.
Home has security-related systems and cameras.
If personal items are left behinds a fee of $20 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
