50th Anniversary Celebration

Sons, daughter, grandkids and all shared a week of beach fun. All 10 of us had our own "area" in Addison Bailey house. The kids loved sitting in the lower level "reading nook" and the four queen-sized bunks, amazing. The short walk to the beach topped it off beautifully.

Great For Extended Family and Location

We had extended family all meet in Port Aransas, and this house was perfect for adults and teenagers. The proximity to the beach was great. Dana was great in accommodating our needs. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future if we return to Port A.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The kids had room to play & we had room to visit. The living room downstairs has doors & a murphy bed so it’s like a whole other large bedroom. The living room upstairs by the kitchen has a large balcony that looks out over the backyard & is where we enjoyed watching the views & sunrise & could hear the waves & it was very peaceful. The neighborhood is gorgeous & it’s a lovely short walk to the beach.

Pleasant vacation

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this beautiful house. The listing was accurate and the house was what we expected and more! This house was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. It was also nice to have beach access from the property! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Perfect getaway

Dana is a very thoughtful host with a wonderful property. Right after booking, she reached out and answered all our questions and accommodated our needs. The house is plenty of rooms and kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is also just a 3-4 minute walk. Great location!

House was great

We had an awesome time at this Addison Bailey property. Everything was setup nicely, with a quick walk over the dune and out onto the beach. Would recommend and will plan future travel to this property.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and fit our needs for a large family vacation. We had kids from 6 months to 16 with us and there was plenty of space. The pool was great and only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this beach house to others.

What an amazing time at this place! Love the house and Dana was absolutely amazing!

We rented to have our wedding on the beach! It was truly amazing!!! Perfect location and the house was gorgeous! After having our wedding canceled 4 times due to Covid issues! We finally got it done here at this home and the amazing beach!!! Thank you Dana for providing us a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect family and friend getaway

This home is perfect for a large group and has enough space for two families to have two separate floors to themselves. It is a beautiful home that has been very well maintained and has lots of little touches. Dana is a gracious and attentive host and was very helpful when we had questions and responsive when a challenge arose even over a holiday weekend. She made everything right and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will be staying here again!!

Wonderful Experience

We gathered to celebrate a beach wedding for my daughter. Family plus a few close friends were able to enjoy the wedding plus serious relaxation time. The place was perfect. The host was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better location. I really appreciate how easy everything went and how well the house lived up to all our hopes and expectations. We created some wonderful memories.

Enjoyed the stay!!!!

My family enjoyed the stay. The communication was great with the owner. The house upset worked for my family. The neighborhood was nice. The pool was small but enjoyable. A nice boardwalk to the beach. We rented a golf cart (Silver Sands Rental) and you could drive it over the boardwalk. The hot tub was nice but I wish there were more chairs on for outside areas of the house. We would definitely rent again. S. Thompson

Father’s Day vacation

Great house! 15 of us stayed ranging in age from 80-4. Plenty of room for everyone! Short walk to the beach. Very close to beach access if you choose to drive. AC works amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This is a beautiful home that looks even better in person. Plenty of amenities with a beach in a quick walking distance. Pool is close also. Host was a attentive and easy to contact. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, Amazing Owner

This was our first time staying at this location for our annual family trip. We had a party of 14 and had plenty of room for everyone. The house came equipped with all amenities and even had an electric fryer to have a fish fry! House was very clean and hot tub was great! Close to the boardwalk and also a short driving distance from the beach so the location is awesome. Only issue I had was that the washer was broke when we first checked in which was communicated to us by the owner and was fixed my Wednesday! Owner was very responsive by text as well! Overall, loved the experience and we will be booking again!

Such an amazing house!

The house is beautiful and big, the pictures don't do it justice. There is more room than you think. It is so close to the beach, the walk is maybe 10 minutes. And it has everything, I mean it is stocked with almost everything you would need for a beach trip. The homeowner was very nice and easy to work with. The house is very very clean. If we have another beach family reunion, I would love to have it here again.
