The kitchen was not even wiped down there was rat poop in the bathtub and on the counters there was trash left in the cabinets dishes left in the dish washer not even a sponge to do dishes with the heater was not working we freezi g the first night there is a hole I. The closet in the kids room and tou can see straight outside the grill was a mess had to deep clean it to use it porch was not even sweeped off the fridge was not cold was set to like a 1 and there was no wifi when the listing said there would be

Check out instructions and just general clean up after your self would have been appreciated. Turning lights off closing windows and putting wet towels where directed by the check out binder on kitchen island would have been courteous.

"Lucky Cabin" is nice. On arrival I found it clean and ready for me - but...I found a few things likely left behind by prior visitors that I just said, "Uhhh, no." and left it where I found it. The only major improvement I would appreciate is local TV options (cable or antenna if either is an option in the neighborhood), better cell coverage (zero to two bars and probably not something the owner can readily improve), and Internet coverage (there is none). Cell service with my provider was very spotty (hint: Go to the kitchen! LOL). I only had to make one phone call, but it was spotty and eventually just dropped out altogether. There is a good selection of DVD videos in the cabin, but I found a few cases empty (no disk) and the ones I did happen to choose to try were fingerprinted and scratched, resulting in poor performance.Note that with all that said, yes, I would absolutely stay there again.

There was an issue with the propane. The stove was barely working and we had to have all the windows open due to propane smell. There was also a funky oder in the house.

The pictures completely catfish you. This is two single wide trailers smashed together. Foul smell, spiders everywhere. We had two nights booked. Stayed one and cut our losses. Wish I could add the real pics.

Not very kid friendly, a good place to go it you are looking for cheap!

Cabin wasent very clean, hot water didn't work till the next evening, cigarette butts everywhere on property and the neighborhood was kinda sketchy!there was a fridge, range and microwave that was nice! Also no cell service!

The cabin is rustic but needs some repair. There is a sharp metal strip of something on floor between living room and bedrooms, it is really not safe. There were about 20 dead yellow jacket bees on bedroom outcome plus some live ones in room. Looks like they were sprayed with a poison and left to die, but never cleaned up, I had to exterminate the live ones in the room. Living room caret in disrepair. Chunks in entry cut out and loose laying there.Very few kitchen pans to cook with, and other needed utensils. Could be much improved. Just some suggestions to make it a bit more appealing. The hoaky set up for the window air conditioning was ridiculous. The bottom filter in the unit was caked with so much dirt, it barely put out cold air. My brother cleaned it out and it worked much better! Your welcome. Again, not meant to be negative but! More attention to maintaining this rental is very necessary. Thanks

Extremely dissatisfied

Very disappointed -Property was well over 80 degrees when we arrived, AC hardly made an impact - Was told there was cell phone service (I asked in advance since I was working) There was no service unless we walked to the resort to use their Wi-Fi - After we took a shower, the smell of Sulfur was so strong that we went outside. I messaged the owner with my concerns and informed her that we would not be staying another night. She said “run the water for a few minutes and the smell will go away”. This did not work. She also said she’d never heard this complaint, yet she had a “solution” specific to their property I was hopeful that the owner would at least reimburse me for the night that we didn’t stay, but she said that wasn’t an option The property was in an extremely run down neighborhood of single and double wide trailers. The photos and description led me to believe it was a much nicer property I’ve used VRBO over other options before and unfortunately won’t be using the service again

Easy walk to terrace lakes resort, easy parking, comfy beds, nice patio. No internet so had to go to the resort to get the door code. And the step up was a bit awkward for some of the older guests. But a great time.
