The Thomas is a modern and comfortable home situated just one block from Main Street in the heart of Frisco's Rail District. There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and retail destinations within easy walking distance. Hop in your car and Toyota Stadium (home of FC Dallas), the new PGA headquarters, The Star (headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys), and Stonebriar Shopping Center are all just minutes away. This 3-story home features a modern design and high-end appliances. The first floor includes a cozy sitting area near the fireplace, a dining room big enough for the whole family, and an office for your work-from-home needs. On the second floor you will find the main sleeping area - with three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a huge primary bedroom with a private balcony and en-suite bath. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the second floor. The third floor features a pool table with great views of the surrounding area.

Please note there are security devices (including cameras capable of recording audio and video) which are used for security purposes located on the property at the following locations:
- Front door
- Front Patio
- North side of the house near the gate
