Located in the trendy Warehouse Art District with close proximity (walking distance) to the Grand Central District, MLB (Rays) & Pinellas Trail, 2 miles from Downtown St. Pete and 3 local hospital, 6 miles from beautiful Gulf Beaches also within a few blocks of I275 etc. making this a highly desirable location for an excellent all-around vacation experience.

Perfect house for a family of 4.. Close to just about everything!

Overall this house was absolutely perfect for our time down in the St. Pete area. 20 minutes to the gulf beaches, 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 20 minutes to the airport. Grocery stores and shops nearby.. A great all around home that was in fantastic shape. Thank you!!

Warehouse Arts White house "My favorite"

The house is clean, modern, and well stocked. Walkable to restaurants and coffee houses on Central Ave.I'd love to see a privacy fence in the back yard and an umbrella for outdoor relaxing. Also, I missed a coffee table in the living room. Still an excellent place to stay

Great location, very close to free trolly and Sunrunner. Great transpotation for free.

Very comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a great week. Best of all it was so easy to get to Tropicana Field and Central Ave restaurant

Great stay!

We loved staying at Marcus’ property. His communication was top notch and much appreciated. We booked last minute and he was quick to respond. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this house and will keep this listing for our future trips back to St. Petersburg.

New and fresh

This home is newly remodeled and our week was a pleasure. Minutes away from everything St Petersburg and St Pete Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful renovated property

The house was exceptionally clean, perfectly decorated and very comfortable with all amenities provided. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. The driveway was a plus for rentals in St Pete. Convenient location to restaurants, museums, weekend street markets, breweries & the ocean. We will definitely recommend this property and will stay again in the future. We drive to all our vacation destinations and always use VRBO Properties, this one was a perfect resting place for sure.

Spring time in Tampa

This is a beautifully renovated home. At first glance the community looked a little questionable but it turns out this is a vibrant area with rapidly rising real estate values. We felt very safe. The nearby Grand Central area is another rapidly growing community with lots of great restaurants. LaLa had amazing drinks and food. A great bar to hang out in. We had a great time. Would love to rent this house again!

Cute Place in a good neighborhood

Marcus was flexible and easy to communicate with. The house was in a cute neighborhood, and close to all of the things in downtown St. Pete. Thank you!
