We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean, spacious, and fully stocked with essentials. We traveled with our dog, and the fully fenced-in back yard was perfect for her. The owner greeted us when we arrived and was so gracious.

Nice place, very dog-friendly

Very nice place, well-appointed and comfortable. Large back yard area for dogs to enjoy. Easy walking around the neighborhood and to the bay. Short drive to Cape May proper and other nearby beaches. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Dog Friendly Beach House

Host could not have been more accommodating! Clean and well stocked house. Easy walk to the beach and bay. Great house for our family and dog!

Proceed with caution

Make sure to take pictures of existing damage. Make sure to leave by 10 because the property manager will be there at 955 am banging on the doors, will threaten to call the cops for trespassing, state you’re paying a late fee and will be getting a bill. I was in the process of loading the car and finishing the final touches on the house. I am extremely respectful and overly cautious when renting. Property manager showed up and brought 2 new rugs with her and told me I was paying for them because my dog damaged them. The rugs were already damaged and it is interesting to me how she had 2 new rugs with her. The water outside the master bedroom never shut off and the house had an unpleasant aroma. There were also ants all over the kitchen no matter how much I cleaned and within minutes of putting my dogs food bowl down there were a million ants in the bowl. Side note, my son told her while I was outside packing the car they had ants everywhere. The property manager told him that his mommy has to tell her. She also yelled at my son to pick up the dog toys which were the only things left on the floor to occupy my dog as I was busy loading the car. The house was very basic, nothing special and needs work. Outside yard is a mess and there are mushrooms everywhere. I never left my dog unattended outside. Left the dog poop to clean for last. If the property manager didn’t show and leave me feeling threatened, I would have left no later than 1015 with dog poop in hand <3 owner notified

2023 Beach Vacation

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and very well stocked. The owner was very helpful when we arrived for check-in. The fenced back yard was perfect for out two dogs to release some energy. Would definitely stay here again

Dog friendly and very close to the bay

It was a comfortable stay. Dog friendly and less than two blocks from the beach. The bay is pretty dog friendly too and not crowded. Beautiful sunset views from the bay
