This was a good choice for us for the area. Cost was appropriate for the property. Older home but very comfortable and clean. Beds were also comfortable. Host was quick to respond.

Great Place To Stay

We used Ishpaming as our home base because it was centrally located to every place we wanted to go. Deanne was great at communication and the house was spotless. We’d recommend to anyone.

Great house

Very nice older home, exactly what we prefer. I walked around the neighborhood and it reminded me of my own. Ireally enjoyed staying here. It is very spacious. I highly recommended this rental. Why stay at a tiny germy hotel room when you can stay at a nice clean house with a backyard.

Ishpeming long weekend

Nice location in ishpeming for a long weekend mountain biking. Garage was a very nice benefit with multiple bikes to store!

Moving day

Went to move our daughter out of her apartment to come back home. Our stay was relaxing after moving her out. Beds and pillows very comfortable! Home was very clean and communication was great!

Home “Base” Bike ride

We came up for the Crusher EX 100 bike ride and the location of the home was perfect. We did not have to go far for supplies and just went to Marquette for dinner. Perfect location and not a lot of difficulty getting around. Hosts were amazing and responded quickly. We had everything we needed available to use. Wonderful place.

Plenty of Room!

We were in town for a wedding, and my daughter lives just a mile or so down the road. This was very convenient for us. I was pleasantly surprised by how much room we had in this house. There were 5 of us, and I’m sure we would have been very comfortable even with a few more people. Everything was clean, and it had nice/new appliances. We took advantage of the 2-car garage since we had 2 vehicles. I have no complaints! Thank you Deanna!

A great family-friendly place to stay!

The house was clean and comfortable, perfect to come back to after fishing and our outdoor excursions! It had all the basics and the garage was definitely an added benefit! The host was fantastic, easy to contact and quick to reply! The only thing is we didn’t realize that one of the bedrooms was small and within the other bedroom, which took some adjusting for my daughter and son. Also, it was quite dark in there and didn’t have any outlets that we could find to even use a nightlight. The neighborhood was fairly quiet but the houses are close together and the road is pretty rough

the mud room was helpful. Carpet in a kitchen: not a fan. Front room was the best. Lots of space for guests. Both bathrooms were fine, although the first floor shower was very dated.Kitchen needed a full-sized ladle and more large soup spoons for eating. Knives were pretty weak. Difficult to operate the stove and oven with the microwave so low. Very nice fridge. I would've like the option of clean folding chairs to add to the dining table to squeeze in our guests for dinner. A bottle of hand soap in kitchen would be nice, too.Really need a queen in both bedrooms. Full-size bed was just too small.Very reasonably priced for the weekend of October 3-5 (color season) compared to the other rentals which were all over 300 per night.
