This was one of the best stays we’ve had worldwide. The home is in the perfect location in Casco Viejo, on a quiet street, but steps from everything. The home itself had everything you could ever need and truly felt like we were at home. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, so helpful and kind. We found a gem in this home and will be returning on our next trip to Panama City.

Patty and Rudy are amazing hosts who thought of everything to make the stay wonderful! They had cold water and drinks in the fridge with lots of snacks waiting. The rooms had everything you needed plus more like laundry soap, toiletries, great city views and perfect WiFi. Rudy gives 5-star tours as well! He is the perfect guide with so much knowledge and love of Panama that we felt truly lucky to have selected this perfect location and perfect set of hosts! We will definitely be back!

Listing and pictures were accurate. Patty and Rudy were excellent hosts, friendly, accessible and extremely accommodating. The unit was centrally located with easy access to everything in “Old Town Panama”.Don’t forget to take advantage of Rudy’s tours and airport shuttles which were also well organized with condo pickup. Highly recommended and would definitely go back!

This place is truly a gem—not just because of the beautiful space, but because of the wonderful hosts, the love poured into making it welcoming, the safe community, convenient location, and warmth of the local people.I stayed here for 9 days with my twin granddaughters, who were celebrating their 24th birthday. Patty and Rudy were among the most attentive and accommodating hosts I’ve ever rented from! They even provided round-trip airport transportation.The apartment was cozy, spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The artwork was tasteful and represented a diversity of artists. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well.A highlight was our full-day excursion with Rudy to the Panama Canal, Monkey Island, the sloth & butterfly sanctuary, and zip-lining. He was an extremely knowledgeable guide! It was also my granddaughters’ birthday, and Patty surprised them with a birthday goody bag when we returned—such a thoughtful gesture!As much as I’d love to keep this gem to myself, Patty & Rudy deserve the recognition. 10/10! I hope to return to Panama, and when I do, I would absolutely stay here again.Muchas gracias, Patty & Rudy, from me and the girls!

The obvious pride/care that Patty shows/gives are evident in the extras in this lovely apartment , ie the art work, the extra toothbrushes/paste in the bathrooms, the sparkling clean coffee pot, the yummy snacks on the counter and the list could go on. The property sits on the best street in the area and everything so accessible. It is delightful, comfortable and the balcony is the best for am coffee.

The hosts were absolutely fantastic and very responsive in communication. We had an unexpected injury occur during our trip and the hosts gave us excellent recommendations for medical care. In addition, Rudy is a licensed guide and our trip with him to the Embera Village was without a doubt the most memorable and wonderful organized tour we have taken, anywhere. The accomodations were excellent and exactly as pictured and described by the hosts. The location in Casco Viejo was great and made it very easy to walk throughout the area.

We loved staying at this condo. Perfect location for exploring Casco Viejo, plenty of room for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys), comfortable beds, well-appointed bathrooms and thoughtful pre-stocked snacks/beverages for the travel weary. Patty provided a great list of recommended restaurants and was incredibly prompt with returning emails before and during our stay. We also worked with her husband for an airport transfer and tour of Panama City/Canal and the surrounding area. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Patty and Rudy were remarkable hosts. The loft was exceptional and located in a superb location. We were within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, rooftop bars and all the other delights that Casco Viejo has to offer. We took advantage of using Rudy as our travel guide on two different days, one being a boat tour of the Panama Canal with monkeys and the other being a beach trip to Isla Grande. Both days were excellent and we highly recommend Rudy's services.

Wonderful Apartment in Casco Viejo

Patty’s apartment was an outstanding choice. The location was excellent and within walking distance of many sites, restaurants and cafes. Her home was exceptionally clean and Patty, herself, was a delight to work with. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Casco Viejo

Check-in was very friendly and personalized. Excellent location and the place provides many comforts and amenities. Wi-Fi access was no problem- we were able to stream the Red Sox game for example. Patty and Rudy are great hosts! The food in the area is fantastic and Casco has a really nice atmosphere for a stroll and a short distance by car to many things. Enjoyed the balcony too!
