We’re glad you enjoyed the perfect location, spacious layout, and all the extra touches like the warm pool, beach towels, and brand-new beach chairs. It’s great to hear our maintenance team was able to address the toilet issue promptly. We appreciate your honest feedback on areas that could use some attention, like the scuff marks and the fan. We’ll make sure to assess those and the vacuum to ensure everything meets our guests’ expectations. We do follow the standard rental practice of providing a starter set of supplies, but I understand it’s always helpful to know that in advance.
