Welcome to Dayton, Ohio! If you are looking for comfortable accommodations for your group, “The Flyer” is perfect for your family and friends! It is designed to offer value for your stay in Dayton and is centrally located, close to downtown, UD, WSU, WPAFB, and the AF Museum. It is a 2-story home in a quiet residential neighborhood, featuring 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy your perfect weekend getaway, family vacation, relocation, or business trip at our beautifully designed home.

"The Flyer" is a clean and bright 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen features a large granite island and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher), coffee maker, pots, pans, toaster, and more. In the living room you will find a sofa, loveseat and two chairs, 50" smart TV, and games. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed and double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to it is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a full hall bathroom. The main floor also features a large dining room, and laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guests to use during their stay.

The second level includes 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, one with a full size bed, and the last one with 2 single beds. A full hall bathroom is available for the upstairs bathrooms.

High-speed internet is available for guests to work and relax in the house.

Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening in our covered backyard sitting area. The Flyer offers a convenient location and a great space for groups visiting the Dayton area.

Graduation

This house was great for our visit to Dayton for graduation. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was nicely updated. I would stay here again.

Little hidden gem in Dayton

New flooring, great kitchen and bathrooms in excellent shape. Plenty of cozy sleeping rooms. This is a great, spacious and quiet gathering place for friends and/or family. Although we stayed in winter, the nicely nestled patio makes it a fun and relaxing place in the summer. Will seriously consider staying here again in the future.

My family and I stayed at this house for a weekend trip to Kings Island. The property was very spacious and well kept and accommodated our group of 10 with ease. We enjoyed time together in the charming inside and outside patio area. I definitely recommend this rental for anyone traveling with a large group and wanting everyone to have ample space.

Family visit to Ohio

The house was very nice in an established neighborhood. The house is much larger than it appears. All of the bedrooms were spacious as was the kitchen and dining area. Since we ate most of our meals at the house it was very helpful that a large grocery store was nearby.
