At the end of a tucked away cul-de-sac through a winding driveway with towering trees on either side you'll reach our beautiful home on the Eagle Ridge South Course!

As you open the front door, you'll be amazed by the spaciousness and be drawn across the living room to a row of French doors, leading to a sprawling deck with an incredible view of rolling hills of the Eagle Ridge South golf course.

Star gaze while soaking in the Hot Tub or have fun in the 1000+ Sq Ft Basement with pool table, foosball, poker table, mini golf, and gaming systems!

If you came for the fresh air there is no better place than these decks to enjoy dinner and drinks or gather 'round to watch the game on the outdoor TV or catch up around the gas powered firepit.

There is something for everyone at Birdie's Clubhouse!

The check-in process was very simple. The house is amazing! We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and spacious eating area. Our hostess was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book this property the next time my family visits Galena.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is huge, plenty of places for a family to spread out. The host was very helpful in all aspects of the stay. Galena Territories is beautiful- winter, spring, summer or fall! And this house was a highlight!

The house was amazing but even better was the host! We lost power for about 3 hours during our stay due to a storm and she ordered flashlights to be delivered to the house. She also called the power company to report the outage. She was very quick to help and keep checking in on our family. We had 2 babies with us so this was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Place

We stayed here last year and came back this year for our annual skiing trip. We enjoy the house and the space it provides for our family of 10. We definitely would recommend this house.

Great Stay

We’ve stayed at numerous properties in Eagle Ridge over the last 15 years, and this one was by far our favorite. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Thanksgiving Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property for a family thanksgiving trip. Plenty of bedrooms and a wonderful basement space filled with endless fun. Great views overlooking the golf course. Easy access to route 20 to get into Galena quickly as well. Would definitely stay here again. Great trip!

6 friends and myself have done a yearly trip to the Galena area for golf and just relaxing for the past 5 years. Out of all the houses we stayed at, this was by far the best. There was plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs for us to hang out, along with a big deck that included a hot tub. Usually with pictures of houses on Vrbo or elsewhere the house looks bigger than it actually is. In this case it was the opposite. The pictures don’t do it justice. Location was great. Just minutes from golf on site and 15 minutes from the other course not on property.The property manager was very accommodating and attentive, and even allowed early check in on short notice. All around great experience, and will definitely stay here again if available on future trips!

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great family weekend getaway! The house was perfect with more than enough room and lots of stuff to do. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the pools at the owners club. We will definitely consider this house again if we go back to Galena.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is exceptional. Everything we needed was available. The kitchen is the best stocked (plates, cups, pots, baking, utensils, etc.) of any house we have stayed in. The owner was so nice and thoughtful.This place is highly recommended!

Wonderful Galena getaway

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! We've stayed many places over the years with our family, and I have to stay this was the most WELL stocked and had ALL the comforts of home!!! Great kitchen: pots/pans/cookie sheets/baking pans, spices, condiments, coffee filters, sugar, K cups (although we brought our own coffee too), etc. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each has its own bathroom - def plus. There is plenty of room to spread out yet also very cozy when we were all together playing games or watching a movie! We'd def consider this home again as we went for a long weekend, and there were things this home had to offer that we didn't even have time for such as the hot tub, fire pit on the deck, etc. GREAT home!! Highly recommend!

Short stay

The house was perfect for our family of six for our short stay. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. If we return to Galena in the future, we will try to stay here again.

The Galena Territory is a semi-private, 6,800-acre private recreational and residential lake community located six miles outside the historic city of Galena in Northwest Illinois. Property owners in the low-density planned residential community collectively own 1,900 acres of recreational amenities in addition to their own properties. These include 31 miles of walking/hiking trails, Lake Galena for boating and outstanding fishing, a marina complex, an equestrian center, and a state-of-the-art pool/recreation complex. This property is above the rest! Two balconies overlooking the 4th hole on the south course, most gorgeous view!!! There is so much space and that basement is huge and cozy. This house has so much to do; deck full of seating and TV to catch a game while catching up, grill and a smoker to feed all your loved ones. Hot tub; 4 seasons room for lounging.. This home really has it all! You will not be disappointed.
