We're thrilled to welcome you to our freshly updated three-bedroom condo! With all the amenities you need for a cozy and comfortable stay, youâll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Located just under 2 miles from the Civic Center, this stylish space is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure with friends or family.
Your Cozy Retreat
Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, complete with comfy bedding and plenty of storage. The open-concept living area is great for unwinding or catching up with your fellow travelers after exploring everything Yuma has to offer.
Stay Productive
If you need to get some work done or just want a quiet spot to relax, the third bedroom features a dedicated office space with a comfortable desk, chair, and high-speed internet. You can stay connected while enjoying your getaway!
Outdoor Enjoyment
One of the best parts of the condo is the outdoor grill areaâperfect for those who love to cook and dine under the stars. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy delicious meals outside, or just kick back on the spacious patio and soak up the sun.
Ample Parking
Planning to explore the Colorado River or the Sand Dunes? No worries about parking! We offer a single car garage (available upon request), double-length parking, and additional street parking, so there's plenty of room for all your toys.

You'll love the convenience of being close to local restaurants and shops, making it easy to experience all that Yuma has to offer. Whether youâre here for work or play, our three-bedroom condo is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
A Few Quick House Rules
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we often have back-to-back bookings.
Respect for Neighbors:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Letâs keep our neighborhood peaceful!
No Parties or Events:
Our condo is in a residential area, so we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts properly.
Pet Policy:
We love dogs! Our home is dog-friendly, but please note thereâs a pet cleaning fee to help our team with extra cleaning afterward. (Undisclosed pets will incur a higher fee.)
Maximum Occupancy:
Please stick to the number of guests specified in your booking. If you plan to bring extra guests, just give us a heads-up!
Cleanliness:
We appreciate your help in keeping things tidy. A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Kitchen Use:
Feel free to use the kitchen! Just clean up after cooking and donât leave perishable items in the fridge when you check out.
Utilities and Appliances:
If anything isnât working properly, please let us know right away.
Security:
Please remember to lock all doors and windows when you leave. Keep access codes and keys to yourself.
Trash and Recycling:
Make sure to dispose of trash and recycling in the right bins. Trash pickup is on Mondays, and recycling is on Thursdays.
Yard Maintenance:
Yard maintenance happens every Sunday. If that poses a problem, just let us know, and weâll try to reschedule!
Long-Term Stays:
For stays of 28 days or more, weâll arrange for a professional cleaner to come every 30 days at an additional fee.

Please adhere to all local laws and regulations during your stay.

Every weekend, my mother and I spend time thrift shopping to find the perfect furnishings, giving the space a warm, eclectic feel that tells a story.
