Create lasting memories with your group at 'The Seven', two 3BR penthouses on the same floor with breathtaking skyline views and ample space. The thoughtful design includes a private bathroom for each of the six bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay.

The Space:
We manually verify all reservations, as our units are rented individually and the calendar may not reflect real-time status. In the rare event of a scheduling conflict, we guarantee to provide you with excellent alternative options. Your booking is considered final only upon receiving our confirmation message.

Each penthouse features a king main bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second king bedroom also offers a private ensuite bathroom and a closet, while the queen third bedroom has a closet and a hall bathroom.

Within each unit, a fully equipped kitchen with top-tier brands awaits, alongside a living room enhanced by a Sonos sound system.

Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. For additional guests, two rollaway beds are offered, and a Pack 'n Play is available upon request.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $5000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
