Plats! Plats! Plats! immaculate hem med utsikt över vatten och smÄbÄtshamnen i hjÀrtat av Rosario Resort community.
Detta öppna hus slutfördes i september 2010 och har 3 sovrum, 3 badrum och ett loft.
Den Àr utformad med familjer i Ätanke och har ett vÄningssÀngrum och ett bordtennisbord. 2 av sovrummen har sÀngar i KING-storlek och har eget badrum.

MarknivÄn bestÄr av ett bordtennisbord och lÀsplats, ett sovrum med eget badrum med king size-sÀng och tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. 2 uppsÀttningar franska dörrar öppna mot ett dÀck med en utomhusdusch.
Den övre nivÄn Àr hem för ett modernt öppet stort rum med stora bi-hopfÀllbara dörrar som kan vara öppna pÄ sommaren för att fÄ utsidan in, eller mysig upp till den stora gasspisen nÀr det Àr kallt ute. PÄ övre plan finns ocksÄ det moderna fullt utrustade köket.
Det finns ytterligare ett sovrum med eget badrum med king size-sÀng och ett sovrum för barn med 2 uppsÀttningar med tvÄ vÄningssÀngar. Det stora rummet förbises av ett stort loftomrÄde som Àr utrustat med TV / DVD och 2 dagarsÀngar. En perfekt plats för barnen att umgÄs och titta pÄ film.

Poolhanddukar tillhandahÄlls om du vill anvÀnda den uppvÀrmda utomhuspoolen pÄ orten.

Rosario Resort ligger 2 minuters promenad frÄn huset, dÀr du kan hitta smÄbÄtshamnen, utomhuspoolen, nÀrbutiken och caféet. Moran herrgÄrd Àr öppet för museeturer och en inomhuspool och spa.

Moran State Park och Cascade Lake ligger 5 minuter bort och butikerna och restaurangerna i Eastsound ligger bara 10 minuter bort.


Om du inte vill ta bilfÀrjan landar sjöflygplanet frÄn Seattle vid marinan Rosario, som Àr en enkel promenad frÄn huset. Alternativt kan du komma med bÄt och brygga det vid marinan.

The house is located just a stone throw from the Rosario Marina. The marina has a restaurant, a place to rent kayaks and go whale watching. There are some trails that will take you up to Moran State Park and Cascade Lake. The week after Labor Day was so quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect place for our family.

Comfortable lodging with amazing view

My husband and I stayed with my parents in this wonderful place. Everything was comfortable, and spacious. In the mornings, we enjoyed sitting on the porch, drinking our coffee and taking in the water view. I would stay here again, as well as recommend to any friend or family member.

Spectacular view. The home was very clean and well equipped. The upper deck fully opened wich gave complete deck access. Sleeping areas on all three levels. Fire pit was easy to access down below. The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very well appointed home, perfect for our family trip of 5. House was well laid out with a nice loft. Beautiful streaming sunshine in the mornings from the great room and views of the bay off the deck. It was magical. Very happy with our stay! One thing that bothered everyone was how bright the bedrooms are at 6:15am. Really need curtains, so you at least have an option to sleep in. Steep driveway too. But you can’t have a view like that without a hill. We loved it and would stay again!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We fell in love with Orcas Island during a trip 20 years ago. 10 years ago we purchased the land on this amazing lot and set about building our dream vacation home. We wanted to build a house that our 4 children can grow up with and we can build wonderful memories in. One day we would like to retire here.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This place allows our children to have some of the freedoms we experienced growing up. Exploring the resort, searching the beach for pirate treasure and swimming until your skin turns wrinkely. We love to feed the deer at the door step, walk around the marina and chat to the boaters, visit Cascade lake (5 min drive) and kayak, sunbath and swim. Kayak around the bay. Visit Eastsound. Hike the many trails around the island.
