Just steps away are the hot tub, free shuttle stop, and office; the community pool is another half-block away. The open and spacious living room has big windows for good natural light and a cozy gas log fireplace - it's the ideal spot to hang out with your family and friends and plan your next adventures! The kitchen is open to the living area with a large breakfast bar and a dining area completes the space with a dining set enough for the whole family. Both bedrooms are conveniently equipped with TVs for endless entertainment, even when it's time to rest after an exciting day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Breckenridge Vacation

Came for skiing in Breck and the unit was listed as ski in/ski out. It is a ski in but not ski out. The closest lift is about a 5 min walk uphill. Condo is close to downtown which is convenient since parking is an issue. Condo was very clean and had nice amenities. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Beds were hard and sheets were not soft. Bathrooms are decent size and updated. Condo is pretty loud as this unit is not on the top floor and you can hear the people above you pretty clearly. The guests above us were loud which was unfortunate. Some of the fault lies with construction of the building. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a nice stay but with the misleading ski out and loud neighbors it was a little disappointing.
