Our entire experience from booking to our stay was seamless. The house is beautiful with all the things you would need to have a family vacation. From all the wonderful rooms and bathrooms to the main spaces to gather, plenty of seating fir meals and a fully stocked and functional kitchen. Also very comfortable in all areas. The decks and the pool just a house full of amenities, games and a lot of room for all. I would reccomend this property to anyone who asked and we will be back. Thank you all so much.

Port-A get away!

Our stay was great! House was large enough for our big group and plenty of room to feel comfortable. Our kids were entertained with the pool and game console downstairs, restrooms on every floor, walking distance to the beach, and relaxing during the evenings with a balcony on every floor and plenty of space to share a meal together as a family. We will look forward to booking this property again.

Best Rental Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is by far the best rental house we've ever experienced in Port A. The deck spaces are awesome and there's great attention to detail throughout the property. We especially loved the rolling cart to haul groceries and supplies along with the beach cart. We also had 2 elderly guests who couldn't navigate the stairs and the elevator worked perfectly. Overall LOVED this property and hope to be able to stay here again next year!

September 2023 Family of 12

Amazing house. The pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms were amazing and even come with private bathrooms in a few. Plenty of space for large groups. The private pool was a great addition!! There are washer and dryer on floor 1 and 2. Also includes an elevator for easy access to the 3rd floor. We loved this space and definitely recommend. We are already planning our next visit here! Beach access is also a plus!! Walked 3 min to the beach.

Amazing Beach House!

We spent an amazing weekend at the house. We had 5 couples and had plenty of space. The elevator was perfect for our less mobile guests. The house is fantastic and the owners have thought of every detail - 3 types of coffee machines, charging portals by the bed, well stocked kitchen, commercial ice machine, you name it!!The view is fantastic from the house and balconies and we spent quality time out there. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and provided ample space. We had a great time hanging out in the pool in the afternoon. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and never lacked for anything!! I can't stay enough nice things about the house and would HIGHLY recommend it!

This home is beautiful. There were 13 of us and a 20 month old child. We had plenty of room for sleeping and eating. It was clean and had lots of added features. The pool was a big hit with everyone and some played on the putting green. I highly recommend the house. Our only complaint was with the golf cart rental place that was recommended. Terrible service. We rented 2 of the 6 carts and one had no brakes and the other cart’s brakes were not good. They did not respond to phone calls, as we had paid extra for them to fill up the gas tanks. Would not recommend Island Outfitters.

Showstopper House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing! By far the nicest home we have rented in Pt. A. It was super clean when we arrived. The house Is beautifully decorated - you just have to see it to appreciate it! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, cookware and dishes we needed. And if you like coffee, you are in luck - with the Keurig, Nespresso and a professional Bunn, you will never run out. We really enjoyed the decks, and the pool was a nice break from the beach. Lots of games provided for the kids, and with 3 bar refrigerators in addition to the kitchen refrigerator, plenty of space to keep beverages cold. We had friends in town at the same time and they have already asked for the link because they want to rent the house soon. Great house, great location, great vacation!

Our family has been coming to Port A for 8 years for annual reunion. First time staying at this property and is by far the best. The proximity to the beach, the private pool, and the size and the lay out of the house make the price worth it. Everything worked from the AC, remotes, ice maker, pool, absolutely everything! We had a great relaxing time. Highly recommend !!!!
