The location of the house was great for the beaches we wanted to visit both in Rockport and Port Aransas. The bedroom with the king size bed was WARM all weekend. You had to go through a bathroom to get to a bedroom and through a bedroom to get to the front door. Strange!Liked that each bedroom had a bathroom!

We loved the location. The stairs may be a problem in the future. The five of us are ages from 72 to 79. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great. It would have been nice to have foil and baggies in the kitchen and the garage can drawer needs repairs. The top shelf of the dishwasher also needs to be repaired. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful!
