Kopavogur Appartment

We enjoyed our stay in Reykjavik, the location worked well, close to grocery store restaurants and the bus line. Renting a car is a great plan, the parking was always available. Helgi was awesome, we needed some flexibility and she accommodated our request. Highly recommended and we hope to come back !!

Amazing Stay

Our recent VRBO stay in Iceland was absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of a charming city, this apartment offered modern comfort and convenience, along with stunning city views. One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality of the landlord. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided valuable tips on local attractions and dining spots. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home in this beautiful city. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable retreat in Iceland, I highly recommend this VRBO apartment. It's ideal for anyone seeking an urban escape with easy access to the city's cultural gems and natural beauty. We're already planning our next visit!

Perfect place for our Iceland agenda

We stayed 3 days and nights in this clean and convenient apartment. Apartment is very easy to access and we were grateful for its comfy beds when we arrived. We spent the first day accidentally sleeping through most of the day due to jet lag, lol! But no worries cause the sun barely goes down and we got out that afternoon and hit up the grocery store beside the apartment for munchies and drinks and then adventured into Reykjavík, just a few minutes drive from the apartment. The next day we had coffee and pastries at the delicious bakery just next door to the apartment. And then headed off down highway 1 to hike around some waterfalls, a glacier, more waterfalls, then black sand beach in Vik and dinner there at a pub and then returned back. Our final day we had coffee and pastries at the coffee shop again and then headed north out of Reykjavík on 1 and 47 for more sightseeing and hiking. We came back to the apartment late afternoon to change for our Sky Lagoon appointment, and WOW, it’s just directly down the street from this place (5min drive)! Ended with dinner in Reykjavík and then packed up for our early flight out the next morning. We saw the volcano from the highway driving into KEF early morning too! Our host was extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. Absolutely gem of a time and hope to return again to Iceland and this property.
