Very nice property everything was as described on verbo.Had problem with dryer and service person was quick to respond,As far as the price,I do not travel a lot but for the number of people in our group and the amenities provided I feel the cost was reasonable.I would stay there again and would for sure recommend to others.

Amazing!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 infants thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach was close enough for a golf cart ride. We also drove our cars to the public parking beach access. The kitchen and living area had ample space for our group to gather and hang out together. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a fabulous time!

Great Stay

This place was great. Everything we needed for me and my family. The golf cart helped us get around the town and to the beach. I would love to stay here again.

We spent the week in the Sand In My Boots property. Great distance from the beach and great pool area. We enjoyed having the golf cart for the trips to the beach.

Our stay was absolutely excellent! The host and team at Coastal Retreats were friendly, incredibly communicative, and super helpful from booking to check-out. The property was clean and well-stocked with everything our family could have needed. Golf cart was a great bonus for easy transportation to the beach and up and down Scenic Highway. Location for the property was perfectly close to restaurants and entertainment, as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We loved the place. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Wished there were more beach chairs. The sinks were slow draining on second floor and pull out sofa had trash and dirty linens but was rectified almost immediately(it was late hour when noticed but they came out first thing the next morning) a few family members said there beds were hard and uncomfortable. Could use some extra blankets because it got really cold but we just had to purchase our own. It was close to everything. Golf cart came in handy just had to make a couple trips to get family to the beach. Wish they had sidewalks to get to the beach but minor. The community pool was small and there was always a lot of people in it so we were only able to get in once late in the evening for a short time. Overall, I would stay there again. My favorite was the balcony!

This property was gorgeous! I've rented a lot of properties through VRBO and this was by far our favorite. The property manager was great and the check-in process was flawless. We will be back.

This is a lovely spacious home.

Big kitchen, kids enjoyed the game room. TV’s in every room. Close to the pool. Golf cart was great for getting to beach. I have been to lots of beaches but this is the most beautiful with white sand and very clear water. Would come back again.

We loved our stay in this property! This was an annual siblings trip with 3 of my brothers and their spouses and 2 nephews. There was plenty of room for everyone and the nephews loved the game room. The golf cart was a great addition and made the trip to the beach much easier. The pool was small but we never felt crowded. We used the grills to grill burgers and hot dogs for lunch and enjoyed the outdoor space.

Family gathering

The property was as nice as the pictures showed. The large kitchen island was a perfect place to gather and do puzzles, crafts and meals. The golf cart was a great asset. There was room for everyone to have their own space as well. Our group ranged from ages 4 to 70 and everyone had a great time. I appreciated the staff being available for questions. Perfect place and would definitely visit again.

This house was amazing! We enjoyed our stay. We are already planning another trip & we will be using the same person! He was great and very accommodating. Quick responses & always helped when needed. Our only issue was that we were not able to use the pool during our whole stay but Alex is suppose to make up for that. Overall, great experience and we are looking forward to going back.

The retreat at Miramar is beautiful!

The house was beautiful and clean. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The hosts were great. This is not a complaint just info the help the next guests, the 3 bunk beds in the game room do not have rails so we could not use the 2 top ones for safety reasons. That made us have to use the sofa bed in the game room which was not even listed on the original listing, thank goodness it was there. Host: you may want to add sheets and blankets for this.the beach is super close. We enjoyed the green eggs poolside. I would highly recommend Sand in my Boots

Beautiful home, amazing location

We had a blast at Sand In My Boots. The house was perfect for our group of 11. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed with a HUGE island. Another great perk to the house was the second refrigerator in the garage. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad. We just made multiple trips with the golf cart (which was so nice to have included with the house). Pompano Joe’s is literally right at the end of the street and we set up every morning right in front of it on the beach. Alex was so great to work with. We didn’t have any issues, but I feel like he would be super helpful if needed. Overall amazing stay and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

We had a family of 10 and our pet Harper. The house was wonderful. Kitchen was stocked well with needed items. Large fridge to fit our food. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Golf cart worked great.
