We are in the beautiful Overbrook historic neighborhood just minutes from downtown Greenville.

The driveway is slightly steep, so just beware of that when you arrive.
No parties or events: Guests are not allowed to organize parties or events in the house. This includes inviting extra guests over without the host's permission.

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If guests need to smoke, they can do so outside the house in designated areas.
