Welcome to our gorgeous, completely renovated 1910 home!

Every inch of this charming house has been lovingly restored, updated, and decorated with unique antique pieces with just the right modern amenities. This charming house is situated in an amazing location - just a 5 minute drive to almost anywhere: downtown, Multi-Care Memorial hospital, PNWU, the freeway, SOZO, wineries, restaurants, and more!

We can't wait to host you & share our love of this fantastic home & its old-world charm.

Plush beds and premium bedding appoint the three bedrooms. The main level boasts a king bed with en-suite bathroom, and the upstairs has a queen bed and two twin XL beds and another full bathroom. The home has been thoughtfully furnished with top end furniture and antiques along with perfect touches to make you feel at home. Our well-stocked kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy your favorite take-out. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and plenty of storage adorn the kitchen. Custom bathrooms have magnificent walk in showers. Read a book, play a game, put together a puzzle or sit back and relax with the 55” Smart TV In living room or 40” Smart TVs in all bedrooms.

BBQ, plenty of coffee and creamer, and game and puzzles provided!

Lovely Charming Home

We stayed in Yakima for my daughter’s dance competition. This house was great. Close to parks and a short drive to the Sundome.

Wish all vacation rentals were like this one

You never really know what you're walking into when you open the door to your vacation rental. This home will far exceed your expectations. Beautifully remodeled with the 1900's craftsman charm intact. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the owners for your thoughtful and generous approach. We look forward to staying here again.

My second home in Yakima!

We loved this property. It is as advertised and better - meticulously restored with an impressive attention to detail and investment in quality fixtures. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to downtown, but still in a nice/quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Heather, brought by some toys for my toddler to play with during our stay. This was a real hit! Very thoughtful and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Yakima.

Yakima wine country trip

Absolutely wonderful place and beautifully remodeled. Had everything we needed and such a cute place to stay. Front porch was lovely and would be a perfect place to sit in warmer weather. Close access to highway and downtown. Highly recommend.

Full renovation included adding four dormers upstairs, creating room for two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Don’t miss out on the tin ceiling tiles rescued from one of Yakima’s oldest buildings. Everything about this home has been carefully thought out to create a relaxing and unique experience.
