The condo was great, super clean. comfortable beds and spectacular views. It had everything we needed to enjoy our 4 days in Grand Cayman. I would stay there again!

Excellent property with all of the amenities, easy access to sandy beach, snorkeling, and 10 minute walk to Camana Bay. Would highly recommend!

The property is conveniently located on 7-mile beach close to where you want to be. The terrace is the highlight overlooking crystal clear water. While the property has good qualities, it could benefit from more attention to the smaller details the enhance a getaway experience.

My husband and I, together with 3 of our adult kids enjoyed a fantastic week. The view was breathtaking and exceeded expectations. We enjoyed morning coffee and dinners on the patio. Relieved to just settle into a week without having to drive anywhere. We also appreciated the accessibility from and to the airport. The condo was so well stocked and groceries assessable by foot. We ate most of our lunches and breakfasts in which we love. The kids loved their few days of scuba diving. It truly was an amazing week. Thank you Carol.

Awesome Place to Stay

The penthouse layout was perfect and clean. 3 bed/2 bath with a nice living area and a crazy nice patio/balcony overlooking 7-mile beach. We enjoyed eating out, but we cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There were lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The beach in front of the Regal Beach Club was just fine. It wasn't as wide as it was several years ago, but the beach right next door at the Marriott was completely gone. We definitely would book this place again!!!

Perfect Penthouse

Great location on Seven Mile beach. The view from the deck is an amazing place for coffee and cocktails. Easy to access all attractions and nice having the Marriott nextdoor.

Great place

This is a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. My family of 6 loved it. Unit had everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only thing I’d point out is there really is no beach anymore, the water goes right up to the concrete area for the pool.

Amazing property and ideal location

We had an amazing week; 6 adults. The unit was beautiful and well-equipped. The outdoor patio space was spectular; sunset views every night!! Great walking distance restaurant and shop options.

Nice place

Great place. Good location. Only downside is beach is not as big/wide as it looks on the pictures, but everything else was exactly as it looks. Beach is still great just don't expect this huge side beach right in front of the property. And the grills are propane so no need to buy charcoal.

What a Grand vacation

We had a beautiful time in penthouse 131. The view is absolutely amazing worth every penny. We were a family of five. It was very comfortable and quiet. The condo is stocked with everything that you need and Carol is just a text away with any questions you may have. Love this property and would definitely recommend it to others.

Best Family Vacation Ever

We had the whole family of 6 (+1 boyfriend) on this vacation and it was universally considered the best family vacation we've ever taken. Beautiful condo, amazing view, and super convenient location. We walked to restaurants, shopping, and for groceries and popped next door to the Marriott for drinks, a few meals, and water sports. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Most of all, we are just in awe of the view.

Location, location, location!

We chose this property based on the images in the listing and were not disappointed! Magnificent water views, ocean front on 7 mile beach and huge, well-appointed outdoor space make unit #131 extra special. Wake up to coffee on the terrace, walk downstairs and snorkel right off the beach, soak up the sun, grab drinks or dinner at the Marriott steps away, then watch the sunset from the best view on the island back on the terrace.

Nice property, waterfront not beachfront

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful paio and space The title advertises “beachfront “ which is not accurate. The ocean comes right to the lower patio and you can’t walk on the beach directly from here. It’s waterfront and you need to walk somewhere around 15 minutes on the road to get to the beach

Great sunsets, but beach is not as advertised.

This is a great property with beautiful views, but we specifically chose this spot because of the beach photos. Turns out, there are very minimal spots of sand and most of the property is lined by sea walls. Had visions of morning beach walks, but not here.

Finally made it! And worth it

This is a trip we had planned since 2020, but due to Covid restrictions we had to keep putting it off. The property was as advertised in terms of “what you see is what your getting” although due to erosion, most of the beach was missing which was unfortunate but that’s Mother Nature. The property was nice, the private pool was welcoming after being in the sea each day. The property host and housekeeping were very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay and check in/out was very easy.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A week in paradise

We LOVED our time in this amazing penthouse and plan to come back. They have an amazingly stocked place. Great hangers, decently stocked kitchen, Beautiful views! We did not need swim shoes for the first water it was so clear and easy to navigate. The host was kind, responsive and a delight to work with. The only thing I would wish is for the ability to pay for a late check out if no other renters were coming. I love this villa and will be back. The online shopping. App is tricky .. also getting cabs .. make sure you put a one and country code …

Excellent condo and property

The RBC is in a great location on SMB and it was easy to get to restaurants, grocery, and other activities. We loved the condo, view, and awesome water and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. The security officers were great and very helpful and this property is definitely one of the nicest we have stayed at on GCI. Two downsides: Since we went in the low season, there was A LOT of renovation construction on-going at the Marriott next door that was extremely loud every day and detracted from our experience. Secondly, the picture of the beach in front of RBC should be updated since there really isn't a sandy beach anymore and we were expecting to have chairs on the beach instead of just up at the pool.
