The Neighborhood:
Little Havana is a vibrant neighborhood located in Miami, Florida that is known for its strong Cuban cultural influences. The area is famous for its delicious Cuban cuisine, lively street festivals and events, and colorful street art. Visitors to Little Havana can take a stroll down Calle Ocho, the neighborhood's main street, to explore its many shops, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Some of the most popular attractions in Little Havana include the Tower Theater, the Bay of Pigs Museum, and the historic Ball & Chain nightclub.

Getting Around:
Little Havana is a very walkable neighborhood; also, you will find public transportation a few blocks away. If you don't rent a car, we highly recommend using Uber/Lyft to get around, as parking in Miami is challenging sometimes, and bus/trolley rides are somewhat long. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Pets are welcome!
We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.

Only one parking spot is available.

Check-out is at 11:00AM (strictly enforced), if you need more time please inquiry in advance, fees apply.

*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:
No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
