Welcome to our 2 bed 2 bath condo at Club Ocean Villas in Ocean City, MD! Our cozy condo features two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Enjoy yourself on the outdoor patio and take advantage of the outdoor pool. Our condo is the perfect vacation destination, located a short walk from the beach and close to popular attractions. INDOOR LIVING: Natural light, ceiling fans, flat-screen cable Smart TV, dining table
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, Keurig & drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, air fryer, blender
GENERAL: Linens/towels, iron/board, laundry detergent, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer
PARKING: Assigned parking (1 vehicle), complex parking (first-come, first-served), street parking
POOL ACCESS:
The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.
Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.
Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.
Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

We are always available via phone text and email 24/7 if we donât respond immediately we may be helping another guest but will respond promptly!
Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. Unfortunately we can not hold dates for anyone.
This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacations charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to conïŹrm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest veriïŹcation can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
