Perfect size for a family of 5. Nicely updated inside, fantastic pool area and outdoor games. Great work out room. No hot tub like it states but that didn’t matter, still a great vacation rental. Excellent communication with the property manager.

Thanksgiving with the Fam

Everything was very accommodating for us. Plenty of games, the house and property were clean and comfortable. I was able to make a Thanksgiving turkey diner after purchasing some disposable roasting pans for Turkey and filling. The kitchen appliances are well stocked. 5 minutes to Deerfield beach.

Great house

The house was great with very good equipment in the kitchen for cooking and baking family foods. Plenty of dishes, glasses and children dishes in the kitchen available as well as towels for the nice bathrooms and the pool. The bedrooms are equiped with large wardrobes. We also enoyed the garden with the great pool, large table and deck chairs with many pool toys. The host was always reachable when we had a question. We had a great time and definately would book this house again.

The house and the backyard were amazing! We had a lot of fun with the pool and all the games. Perfect for families!

Excellent place to stay!!!

We were on a guys trip to Florida and we chose this place after reviewing many properties. Our main requirements were a place with a pool, 3+ bedroom, a hot tub and close to Miami. This property satisfied 3 of our 4 requirements, it did not have a separate hot tub. But we knew that going in as I had asked the host before booking. We give this place as 5 stars because the place lived up 100% to our expectations. The place was clean, the house is setup for both friends and family. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have baby cribs, and while it did not apply to us, it shows the owners intent to satisfy a broad client range. We had some minor issues while we stayed there. But the owner was super responsive and answered all of our questions. Not a reason to lower the rating Here are the pros: - Super clean house - Fully equipped kitchen including various spices you might need, full cutlery set and cutting board - Has an option to buy an add-on for charging a Tesla. - Swimming pool and combo game table Few tips for the owners review to improve future experience. None of this warranted to lower the rating, but an FYI - Have more dishwasher pods, washing machine pods and trash bags, at least the number of pods should be one for each day, no one should need to buy pods while travelling. Have a checklist of where the switches are located Define up front what the add-ons are Be upfront that the pool vacuum needs to remain in the pool. All in all, a great place to rent, we loved the place
