Den vackra 4900 m² stora huset sover 10 personer. Gästenheten på 1800 kvadratmeter rymmer 6 gäster. Den här egenskapen är perfekt för en stor familjesammanträde, företags reträtt, bröllopsfest, golfutflykt eller skidsemester. Fastigheten är vackert inredda. Main House 1: a våningen har ett familjerum med en eldstad, en stor LCD-TV och DVD-spelare, en stor sektionsskinnsoffa och ett bord för kort och brädspel. Spelrummet ligger intill familjerummet och har ett barområde, ett fotbollsbord och ett kombinationsbord för ping pong / airhockey / pool. Ett drottning sovrum och badrum är utanför spelrummet. På andra våningen finns ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök med en lindad bar som är den perfekta platsen att umgås eftersom det ligger intill ett expansivt vardagsrum och däck. Stora takfönster belyser vardagsrummet. En annan stor LCD-TV med DVD ger ett andra underhållningsområde. Det vackra biblioteket är perfekt för att koppla av och läsa en bok i slutet av en hektisk dag. Två sovrum, ett badrum och ett halvt badrum kompletterar andra våningen. På tredje våningen finns en King Master-svit med öppen spis och jacuzzi. Gästsenheten har tre sovrum och två badrum. Det är bara en kort promenad längs uppfarten eller över en direkt stig som leder till huvudhuset. Båda enheterna har ett sovrum med dubbelsängar eller trillbäddar som borde rymma barn eller unga vuxna. Ett paket N Play är tillgängligt på begäran om prrivrival. Tvättmaskiner finns i både huvudhuset och gästenheten. Det finns flera däck för morgonkaffe eller cocktails på eftermiddagen eller bara koppla av och njuta av skönheten i de röda klipporna i Animas Valley. The hosts were responsive and prepared, and the accommodations were beautiful! Our large group of adults and kids had plenty of space and more fun than we could have hoped for. You won't regret staying here!

Great house, great location. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time here. Both houses were very clean, well appointed, and in a great location. 10 min from downtown and on the way up to the slopes. Very secluded, can’t even see the neighbors! We had a group of 10 (adults/teens) and no problem with space. Had a couple bedrooms to spare even!

Awesome location! Beautiful and Spacious!

This was the best place that we have stayed on a ski trip. It is hard to find a place to accommodate 3 families that include 8 teenagers. It is spacious and has everything you need to cook meals, watch TV, play games, hike or just relax. The location is convenient for going to Durango and the ski resort. The layout of the house is perfect and very comfortable. We will be back this time next year!

Perfect location and roomy for large group!

This was our second year in this house! We love it and will return. Great location between Durango and Pugatory ski resort. There are three family all with 2-3 teenage kids that stay in the second house while the adults stay in the main house. It is clean and roomy with beautiful views. I watched a deer walking through 2 feet of snow outside the bathroom window while I soaked in the huge bathtub. Worth the drive from Texas!

Red Cliff Rocks!

Our week at Red Cliff Guest House was amazing! Spacious and beautiful, just outside of Durango, was a week of Heaven. We star gazed in the evening, watched a herd of elk at edge of property, and loved every minute of our stay! John was excellent and made communication so easy!! Sure hope to be back someday!!

Red Cliff was wonderful.

The house is unique and well kept. There is plenty of space, great views, and the games in the basement were a hit with the kids! Evenings on the patio were a treat with the beautiful views and dark skies with many stars visible. Property management available yet unobtrusive, and check in and out could not have been easier. Beautiful home, and so many fun things to do in the area, or just drive anywhere nearby for the views!

Guys golf trip

Rented the Red Cliff Guest house with my golf buddies for 6 nights. John, the owner was great to work with. He was very prompt in getting back to me about my questions and working with me when COVID forced us to change our plans. He also had some great golf information. The house was huge, very clean and had more amenities than any other place we have rented (even a meat thermometer). It also had fantastic views with lots of wildlife around the house. The house is located about 30 seconds from the Bar D Chuck Wagon dinner show, which we all really enjoyed. Thanks again for a great stay, John. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent it again.

Perfect stay at Red Cliff House

We had the best time at Red Cliff house! It was perfect for our large group of 11. We rented both the main house and guest house. Plenty of room for our group to stretch out. The views were gorgeous and the house was well stocked. John was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The location was perfect! Halfway between town and the mountain. Easy to get to both. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. They even had a tree for us! And it was a white Christmas. So much snow! We can’t wait to go back!

50th Anniversary Celebration

We had 14 of us there for a week to celebrate our anniversary. All had a great time. Beautiful homes and beautiful location. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the decks with coffee in the morning and in the evening. I highly recommend this property

Family Vacation

The facility itself was perfect for our family. Everyone was pleased with the bedrooms, etc. Nice playroom downstairs that was cooler during the heat of the day. John was very accommodating with our pet situation and very attentive to making sure we had a good stay. The kitchen area in the guest house was a real bonus as the people who stayed there didn't have to hoof it over to the main house for coffee, snacks, etc. The only negative for us was there was no grass area for the kids to set up group sports like whiffle ball, badminton, etc. That was offset by the hiking up the hill and exploring for bones, etc. Plus the kitchen area got really hot in the late afternoon and when we were cooking. But I understand that most of the homes we have stayed at in Colorado are not air conditioned and I get that. All-in-all we had a great time and can recommend this property.

Beautiful, comfortable and accommodating

I don’t have one single bad thing to say about Red Cliff. The house was perfect for our size of group. It was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities we were looking for. The scenery in the area is amazing . John, the property owner is outstanding and really cares about his guests and making sure our stay was perfect. He made himself available in case we needed anything. I would recommend Red Cliff to anyone . It’s not far from the ski area which is a huge plus. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Red Cliff and I’m sure it will not be our last!

I am a 30 year Durango local. I feel I know the area very well and I know what guests are looking for when they come to Durango. I know who to rent ski/snowboard gear from. Discounts on ski/snowboard rentals available. Also group discount at Trimble Hot Springs and Rapp's Guide Service on horseback and sleigh rides. Who to raft with, horseback ride with and great golf spots. If you are looking for a casual dining spot or a nice dinner for you and you spouse I know where to go. I have traveled all over the country and you really cannot find a better spot than Durango.

The homes are really set up perfectly for a vacation. The gameroom is a perfect addition to house so there is plenty to do while relaxing at houses. The guest house is just perfect for the larger groups. And the location is the crowning jewel. No neighbors next door. Incredible views and short drive to town and to ski resort. HOMES CAN BE RENTED SEPERATLY
