Amazing setting and ample space!

Beautiful setting for spending lots of time outdoors, and the location was perfect for exploring Durango and surrounding areas!

Great house for a big family like ours. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with. They property is close to town but feels like you are in the middle of nature while there.

Wonderful property, wonderful trip!

The hosts were responsive and prepared, and the accommodations were beautiful! Our large group of adults and kids had plenty of space and more fun than we could have hoped for. You won't regret staying here!

Beautiful setting

It was a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting. It is close to town, but still a private place. It housed our group of 11 very comfortably. Was close to many attractions to keep everyone entertained.

Great place and location!

Great location, great size home for large parties. Having the guest house was great with our large party. Kids loved playing in the woods after skiing everyday.

Communication with the host was great and very quick response. We had to delay our departure a bit and he was very accommodating with immediate responses. We would stay again.

This home was perfect for our family. The kids loved the gameroom in the basement. We all enjoyed the house and decks. Beautiful setting. House is well supplied and host was easily available and helpful. We will stay here again!

Great place. Full of wildlife. The location was perfect for us

We had a party of 15. We rented both houses and it was beautiful Everyone enjoyed themselves. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Red Cliff Lodge is wonderful!

We had a large family group in town for a wedding and were able to house everyone between the two units. It was great to be able to cook together and relax in comfort. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had 14 total in our group. We stayed the last week of July. The space was perfect for our family! The chuck wagon Bar D Wranglers are so close we were practically neighbors! We enjoyed their show as well! We loved our time in Durango and this little home was the perfect end to the long days of adventuring.

The actual amount of space was amazing. The location made it easy to get back into Durango. The game room area was nice for all to enjoy. Outside decks very enjoyable. Huge kitchen and well supplied. Even checkout was easy. Nice way to end a 50th anniversary celebration and gathering.

Great house, great location. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time here. Both houses were very clean, well appointed, and in a great location. 10 min from downtown and on the way up to the slopes. Very secluded, can’t even see the neighbors! We had a group of 10 (adults/teens) and no problem with space. Had a couple bedrooms to spare even!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Fifteen members of our family met for a reunion. We could not have asked for a more perfect place and location. We had room for everyone. A wonderful time was had by all.

Awesome location! Beautiful and Spacious!

This was the best place that we have stayed on a ski trip. It is hard to find a place to accommodate 3 families that include 8 teenagers. It is spacious and has everything you need to cook meals, watch TV, play games, hike or just relax. The location is convenient for going to Durango and the ski resort. The layout of the house is perfect and very comfortable. We will be back this time next year!

Perfect location and roomy for large group!

This was our second year in this house! We love it and will return. Great location between Durango and Pugatory ski resort. There are three family all with 2-3 teenage kids that stay in the second house while the adults stay in the main house. It is clean and roomy with beautiful views. I watched a deer walking through 2 feet of snow outside the bathroom window while I soaked in the huge bathtub. Worth the drive from Texas!

We took a Guy trip with 10 friends and it was a perfect setup. Plenty of space with three big porches.

We gathered for a family reunion. The 2 houses were lovely, the views spectacular and the location was great! The property manager, John, was available for any unforeseen issues. We'd return in a heartbeat!

Red Cliff Rocks!

Our week at Red Cliff Guest House was amazing! Spacious and beautiful, just outside of Durango, was a week of Heaven. We star gazed in the evening, watched a herd of elk at edge of property, and loved every minute of our stay! John was excellent and made communication so easy!! Sure hope to be back someday!!

Red Cliff Getaway

We loved our stay here! The main and the guest house were both very clean, spacious, unique, and entertaining. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
