Pia's Place Family friendly Northwoods Cabin on North Two Lake-Lake Tomahawk, Wi

Pia's Place - Our newly renovated 4 season knotty pine Northwoods home on North Two Lake, is the perfect lakeside retreat or winter get away with family and friends for rousing game nights or quiet evening cocktails by the fire-pit. Our home boasts three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with space for up to six guests, and lots of great spaces to spread out and relax. A large fieldstone fireplace graces a family room overlooking the 144 acre lake, and two outdoor fire-pits offer a chance to unwind beside a crackling fire. A wraparound deck holds lounging chairs for catching some rays and reading that novel that everyone on BookTok is raving about, or napping the afternoon away in preparation for a trip to Minocqua for a great Northwoods Supper Club experience. Don't forget to head out to Lake Tomahawk on Monday night for our famous Snowshoe Baseball! Be sure to get there early, though- the concession stand boasts the best selection of home baked pie (yes, pie!! Don't miss the strawberry rhubarb) in the world and slices sell out fast! Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen and live edge countertopped island with seating for 4 and a large dining table for meals when everyone is together. In the upstairs family room, there's a big TV for snuggling in with a movie on rainy days, and our home also has a big family room downstairs for a cutthroat game of Monopoly. On a sunny afternoon, grab one of our kayaks or paddle boards and paddle the lake- you might spot an elusive Loon calling to it's mate!

Our home offers the best of both worlds- a chance to connect with a group of friends and family, or a quiet couples vacation with lovely dinners out and peaceful conversations by the fire. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards on site for you to use. Renting a boat or wave runner to water-ski, tube, fish or just chill? Arrangements can be made to launch on the lake in advance for a small fee. Only (1) boat allowed per rental. Please note the only pets we allow are dogs and the fee is $100 per dog per stay. Dog(s) needs to be on a leash at all times when outside.

Snow skiing, snowmobiling, ice-fishing or hunting? Look no further -our getaway is the perfect place! Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions- long term rentals are accepted-please inquire about those rates. Rental Agreement will be sent and signed before renting.

Our calendar is set up for weekly rentals - Saturday-Saturday. For special circumstances regarding checking in/out on a different day (example: Sunday to Sunday) please reach out to see if that can be arranged.

A true vacation stay

Our week at Pia’s Place was perfect! Host was very communicative and the property had everything and more to make for a seamless Northwoods vacation. We enjoyed boating and swimming in the crystal clear lake, sharing meals and sipping coffee on the wrap around deck and just relaxing and spending quality time together at this beautiful and cozy property. We can’t wait to come back!

Family vacation

This was a perfect spot for our family. Wonderful fishing and being lazy on the lake. We took the kayaks and paddle boards out and saw quite a bit of wild life. The owners were so accommodating and welcoming. Lake Tomahawk had a wonderful bakery, meat market and places to eat. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful Home!

This home surpassed all of our expectations! The home is much bigger than it appears and is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed bonfires by the lake and fishing from the dock. It was a quick ride into Minocqua but even quicker to hit the little restaurants right in town. The owner was easy to deal with and reached out to check on our stay during and after. I would highly recommend!

Beat VRBO Ever!

We have rented a different cabin in the summer, for a week for the past ten years. This property exceeded our expectations in every way! The swimming was ideal, with clear water and sandy bottom. The communication with the property managers was simple and with quick responses. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The property is beautiful and so well kept up. There was everything there we could need or want inside and out. I recommend this place highly to anyone! Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will definitely return.

We live in Illinois and grew up going to a family cabin my great grandfather built, down the street on our same lake! Our clean, safe lake and fun quaint town of Lake Tomahawk is a breathe of fresh air that we never get tired of. We welcome you to enjoy and build memories of your own.

Our beautiful cabin and large property is located 5 minutes by car to our town center. We love the privacy we have at the cabin and being able to walk right outside and be on the lake! Whether you are looking to hunker down, chill inside, float on the lake, fish off of the pier or get on your sled and jump on the snowmobile trails right from our lake - everything is close by. North Two Lake has clean water ideal for swimming and fishing. Our Full Recreation lake is a safe, fun place to hang - a nice pontoon ride to see all of the beautiful scenery is a plus! We get the best of both worlds.... being on the water in a secluded, rural area as well as close to town to run and grab an ice cream or burger at the local pubs makes our location very accommodating.

North Two Lake is a 144 acre lake that runs to a depth of about 47 feet, making it a great spot for fishing for Walleye, panfish and both large and smallmouth bass. Please be aware there is no public boat landing access. Arrangements can be made in advance to launch if you decide to rent a boat for a small fee. Taking one of our kayaks or paddleboards out to fish makes the experience even more peaceful, and certainly more challenging! LIFEJACKETS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT OPERATE A KAYAK OR PADDLEBOARD WITHOUT PROPER SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND KNOWLEDGE.
