**All air conditioners are installed by June 1st and removed in October.
Patio is winterised, stored and not in use during the winter season. Due to winter storage, rooftop patio is only available from May 1st to November 1st.
Patio is off limits after 11:00 pm.
Absolutely no noise on patio after 11:00 pm.
Noise complaints after 11:00 pm may result in a police fine by the city that may be as high as $500.
I live in the condo across the alley facing the patio.
I will be calling the police if noise restrictions are not respected after 11:00 pm.
2 out of the 5 Bedrooms are facing St-Denis which is a bustling touristic street. There is the possibility of some extra noise during the weekend and peak hours. For light sleepers we recommend the bedrooms in the back of the unit.
There are 3 air conditioners in this unit, 2 in the front bedrooms facing St-Denis and 1 at the back of the unit facing the patio. These are meant to cool the whole unit including the 2 middle bedrooms without windows.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE!!!
For items left by the guest at each unit.
1. Let us know what kind of item was left behind right away. We will coordinate with our designated cleaning crew if the item is found after check-out and keep it secure and safe.
2. Our team will let our past guests know when they can pick it up between 11 AM to 3 PM. If not possible, we can arrange to ship it to the guest.
3. Full shipping cost must be paid beforehand plus a $60 CAD administrative fee.
