Mahalo Lindsay for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the place overall, and the walking path along the ocean. We're so sorry to hear about the musty smell in the second bedroom. With Kauai’s natural humidity, some rooms can occasionally hold onto moisture more than others. We always recommend using the dehumidifier setting on the AC and airing out the space when possible. Your note is very helpful, and we’ll take a closer look to see if anything more can be done. We appreciate you staying with us and hope your family had a wonderful visit to the island!

Mahalo, Elaine, for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you had a great stay and enjoyed the nearby beaches and ocean wildlife. We’re sorry the beds weren’t to your preference—both bedrooms are equipped with AC, and the mattresses have cooling toppers designed for added comfort. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you enjoyed your time here. We’d love to host you again sometime in the future!

Mahalo for Dan for sharing your experience! I'm glad you found the home clean and well-kept. While the ocean view wasn’t quite what you had hoped for from inside, I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the quick walk to take in the ocean view. We’d love to welcome you back in the future! A Hui Hou Kakou (until we meet again)!

Mahalo Karin for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify, your reservation remained in the same unit, which has always been listed with garden views. While we didn’t make any upgrades, we were happy to help with adjusting your dates when you requested it. Our listing photos have remained the same for some time, but we’ve made slight adjustments to the description to help avoid any confusion in the future. We appreciate your feedback, and if you're ever looking for a property with an ocean view, we’d love to help find the perfect fit for your next visit!

Aloha Randall, We're delighted you had a fantastic time! We appreciate your kind words about the condo's amenities and location. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back for another wonderful experience! A Hui Hou Kakou (until we meet again)!

Mahalo Ann for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear the hosting experience itself was positive. The 4 inch foam layer on the beds is a cooling topper designed to help keep the room comfortable alongside the AC, though we understand bedding comfort is very personal and can vary from guest to guest. If something like this ever comes up during a stay, we always encourage guests to reach out so we can try to help in real time, as we certainly would not want anyone to feel they needed to sit on the floor, especially since there are also two large chairs in the living room in addition to the sofa. We do hope you still enjoyed your overall visit and time on the island.

Mahalo Maureen for sharing your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed the location with easy access to Poipu Beach and the Grand Hyatt. We appreciate you bringing the tub to our attention! I'm glad to share that it’s scheduled to be refinished soon. While we know every guest has different preferences, we’re happy to hear the bed was still comfortable for you and that parking was hassle-free. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much Katherine for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and we're glad to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of your stay, from the beautiful walk, to the convenient location, and the helpful amenities. We want all our guests to feel comfortable during their stay, so please know that there's a 24-hour help desk available to assist with any technical issues. You are also more than welcome to contact us directly and we can help set up the TV as well for your convenience. We're also sorry to hear about the condition of the bathtub and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We'll pay closer attention moving forward.
