What a lovely stay! The property was clean, conveniently located, and abundantly supplied with anything anyone could need! I, in particular, enjoyed the connectivity the host, Doug, supplied in communicating about our stay. Highly recommend. We will be returning next year.

Spring Weekend in Chicago

Nice place in the heart of Chicago, near the Salt Shed. Worked well with my adult children who stayed with us. Beautiful views of the city from the rooftop and top story deck. Convent for coffee and food around the corner. We had a nice weekend.

For friends traveling to Chicago this is the perfect layout for privacy, modern amenities and a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommend for its location and accommodation.

Everything we needed!

This was a perfect stay for our group of friends. Location was ideal with transit, grocery, coffee and food all within 5 minutes walking distance. Lovely outdoor spaces and incredible views of the city. The house is large and spacious - everyone appreciated having their own room and space! The only thing was that there is no “guest” bathroom accessible outside of the ones in the bedrooms so it’s a bit awkward but we made it work. Having a garage to park in was such a plus. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful, would definitely look to stay here again!

Great location bad description

Property is NOT all new only the master bedroom , no public restroom all located in bedrooms on different floors. There was some type of motion mechanism on the kitchen sink that allows the faucet to not work and then they charge an extra fee for cleanup!! Rooftop furniture was so old i fell out of rotted chair and i weigh 135lbs.

Everything was perfect! I stayed here as a group of 8, we all had a room and shared a bed. The living room had plenty of space for us to all relax. We loved that there were a few deck options, our favorite being the rooftop once it cooled down. Doug, the host, was very responsive before and during my stay. Would recommend staying here.

The sandwich options will prove helpful for those grabbing lunch on the go, while diners and pizzerias provide more generous portions for diners in no hurry. Several coffee shops specializing in premium blends are available Art lovers are sure to enjoy the galleries throughout the neighborhood, giving them several avenues to enjoy a cocktail hour on a Friday night while perusing photographs, prints, and other creations from local artists. Afterwards, facilitate more creative discussion by dropping by one of the bars that serve up classic cocktails and a trendy atmosphere
