Sugar House Hideaway Space:
The upstairs features the master bedroom (queen bed); living room w/Smart TV, comfortable seating (including a convertible sofa bed), and stainless steel privacy barn doors (note: there is a shared wall with the adjacent duplex apartment). Upstairs also features a cozy dining room; a bathroom with a luxurious claw tub
and shower feature; a fully-stocked kitchen; and a corner mud room where you can store your coats, skis, etc.

The downstairs (remodeled basement) has slightly lower ceilings and two additional private bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with an office space, a comfy 7.5 foot beanbag lounger, and a twin XL mattress bed lifted up on a spacious ledge. Both downstairs bedrooms have dressers, closets, and storage space. The downstairs also has a cozy SmartTV room with an additional twin bed and cushioned ledge seating. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer as well.

During your stay, you will have self-check-in and full private access to the entire apartment and adjacent off-street parking on the premises.
