This gem for a destination vacation is perfect for all types of getaways. The resort is themed 1950’s style, like right out of Dirty Dancing or the Catskills. Vintage lakeside and vineyard cottages including a 1 mile long sandy beach w/marina. Resort amenities: diner, pool/hot tub, fitness center, beach firepit, roped off swim area in the lake, and charging station for your electric vehicle. There are also a few trails to hike ranging from easy to straight up Cactus Mountain!

Cute and comfortable stay

This was a very nice little cottage is a great location. Although the amenities were closed since it was the off season, the restaurant, pool and gym all looked great! The cottage was well appointed. Lovely wrap around porch with plenty of seating and places to eat. Beach chairs were provided and an outdoor fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked .... I had everything I needed for a great stay! Will definitely book again.

Quiet Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip and were very happy we stayed at Veranda Beach. The property is well maintained and staff are very friendly. Perfect place for walking, reading and relaxing.

Fantastic cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Plenty of room for our family and all of the kitchen tools and beach equipment we could need and more! Very comfortable stay!

Great family vacation stay

We had a great time at Veranda Beach and staying at this house. We have visited several times before so we knew what to expect with the location and amentities, but this was our first time staying that this house. We greatly enjoyed the location of this house, as it was easy to walk to everything. Communciation with host was great, and house was just as listen. We are hoping to stay here again next summer.

Veranda Beach cottage

We’ve been to Veranda Beach several times and this cottage was great. Our kids enjoyed the games, and everything in the house worked as expected. Communication with t property management was easy and efficient.

Wonderful place

We had lots of fun here. The place was very cute. There was a few areas that you had to watch out for bees. There was even a bees nest, but the very nice maintenance guy came and took care of it right away!

Wonderful Cottage

I want to thank Daniel and Pam for sharing their beautiful cottage with us. Thor place welcomes you from the moment you walk in the door! Great location, fantastic floor plan, and great location. We loved the wrap around porch and grass way! Bonus was the corn hole set and outdoor chairs. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Wonderful

Lovely accommodation. It's in a good location, about a 4-minute walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved the fenced-in front yard, which was perfect for them to be outside. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large fridge for all your goodies. There is also a nice sitting area outside near the barbecue. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
