En mycket unik plats i Mendoza.
Villan (med eget badrum och toalett) sover 5 och ett extra par i en fristående studiolägenhet, åtskild från huvudstugan med cirka 150 fot (fullt utrustat och möblerat med eget badrum och toalett) i en queen size-säng.
Privat pool med egen grill och toalett. Konstgjord sjö. En enorm palmträd på en liten kulle. En separat omfattande grilldel. Mark har en säkerhetsgrind och är inhägnad på alla sidor för säkerhetsändamål med ett 24/7 elektroniskt säkerhetssystem på plats. En fotbollsplan / fotbollsplan och ett bordtennisbord tillgängligt. WiFi internet ..

Det är viktigt att påpeka att hela fastigheten hyrs ut till bara en grupp åt gången. Detta garanterar full njutning av alla de underbara faciliteterna i total integritet. Fauna på Quinta Anabtawi är väldigt varierad och väldigt rolig!

Quinta Anabtawi är inte ett B&B, det är din privata utväg. Det finns ingen personal att ta hand om dig. Med vänlig hälsning, Riyad (ägare / chef), bor inte heller i lokalerna, även om jag bara är 10 minuter och ett telefonsamtal bort. Jag tar emot dig med ett öppet hjärta och ser till att din första dag går utan problem. Sedan lämnar jag dig att njuta av Quinta i fullständig integritet. Jag kan mycket enkelt kontaktas via e-post eller via mobiltelefon. Det finns ingen trädgårdsmästare heller när du är där. Trädgårdsskötsel utförs medan du är ute och besöker många nära vingårdar och sightseeing. Jag strävar mycket hårt för att din vistelse ska vara så bekväm och privat som möjligt.
Under din vistelse rekommenderar jag starkt att du bokar en argentinsk BBQ Extravaganza från Riyad: Det bästa argentinska köttet - grillad på rätt sätt - det argentinska sättet, värt av ditt verkligen. Jag föreslår detta eftersom du aldrig får samma upplevelse på en restaurang. De flesta restauranger förkokar köttet och värmer bara upp det för servering. Med en Riyad Extravaganza BBQ, kommer du att uppleva en typisk hembygd argentinsk BBQ. This was a great place to stay. The host was amazing and was in constant communication when we had a mishap with a driver. He welcomed us in person and saw us off. The home was very quaint and clean and was perfect for our short time in the wine country!! Thank you Riyad!!!!

Excellent location! Beautiful property! Great owner! We loved it here. Close enough to get to lots of sites but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Great for our group of 4 but would accommodate a much larger group. We would come here again!

Riyad is a wonderful host

As the title suggest, Riyad was a great host. He was always helpful and available. He did a nice BBQ for us the first night with more food and wine than we could consume. The property is expansive with all kinds of hidden nooks and surprises. It was fun to explore and see the entire property. The accommodations are adequate but a bit tired, and the kitchens minimally stocked. But nothing prevented us from cooking basic meals and sleeping well. The pool was wonderful to cool off in after a day of exploring the Mendoza wine country, while the fire pit kept the chill off at night, as well as the mosquitos.

The inside of the house is dirty and not as pictured.

We arrived after staying in a VRBO in Buenos Aires, Beautiful place.This would have been the 4th VRBO for us this year. We have stayed in many VRBO over the years all over the world and each one rated 4.6 to 5 Star, have been as stated. The pictures are not accurate depictions of this house. Pull sheets back and dirt in bed. This house has 4.9 but it is no more than a 1 star. We left after one hour. That hour was to find another hotel. We paid for 4 nights and Breakfast and BBQ. He said all food was bought so no refund period but we weren’t going to ruin a great vacation staying in a small dark dirty house. If you fall for the 5 star rating don’t buy his meal plan. Save yourself a lot of money and stay in one of the many other beautiful places in Mendoza Province. Mendoza is fantastic!

Dear Carl. It was obvious from the get go that you were hell bent on NOT staying one minute as soon as you arrived, it was in your looks. You did not even take a breather. That, on the contrary to most of my previous guests was never the case. In fact all of my guests gave us the 4.6-5 star ratings. Your rating is false beyond reason. For one, I took personal effort to have the place tip toe clean. Also the breakfast was all prepared with all the glory worthy of kings, spotlessly clean brand new cutlery and plates and all the fanfare that comes along with it. And the BBQ meats and salads and fruits were all specially selected so as not to have place for error. And one hour into your stay you were gone, with only those words: Not to our expectations! This could mean a myriad of meanings. Examples are you did not like the surroundings, you expected more of a city setting, close to shopping and supermarkets.( In fact you did not rent a car, when most of my guests come with a car rental.) But definitely NOT DIRTY. I will work on the darkness issue by installing brighter bulbs! Thank you Riyad

But only if you have a car or other transportation

Our group was five retired adults, and we anticipated calling taxi’s to take us to dinners. However, on the evening of our arrival we could not get a taxi - actually two taxis needed for all of us. Our host Riyad saved us from a catastrophic night of eating eggs and toast for dinner by driving over himself to take several of us to a place to pick up pizza to go. While we greatly appreciated his efforts - he probably spent 90 minutes coming to get us, waiting for the pizza and driving us back - pizza to go was not what we had hoped for on our first night in Mendoza. We had wonderful all day wine tours the following two days, including large lunches at the wineries, but again we were stuck eating out of the refrigerator in the evenings after having our guide the first day stop at the grocery with us to pick up items for dinner. Riyad had picked up groceries at our request before we arrived, but we had only ordered breakfast food because we had expected to go to restaurants each evening. Bottom line is you really need a car or an arrangement for someone to drive you at night. Aside from the transportation problems, on the positive side the grounds are lovely and we really enjoyed lounging by the pool after a day of wine tasting. On the negative side were problems with the Internet - not completely unexpected in a rural area, but still a problem. There was a consistent but slow connection in the main house, but no connection in the smaller apartment. Riyad is aware and will try to have it fixed, but like all of us is at the mercy of an Internet provider. Also need to be aware that the place is essentially rural in nature, and while clean the facilities are somewhat rustic. Three of us enjoyed this aspect of the location, two did not. The pictures are accurate and descriptive, so nobody should be surprised buy what they find. Despite our transportation problems we really enjoyed our time in Mendoza and would consider returning to Riyad’s place if we had a car.

Very Relaxing

Having recently retired, my husband and I were looking forward to a quiet and relaxing three weeks in Argentina. La Quinta didn't disappoint. It was very comfortable and, even though it was winter in Lujan de Cuyo, very beautiful. I would recommend that you give this beautiful place a second look. Wonderful place to relax near Mendoza!

Quinta was the perfect place to spend our last three nights in Argentina! Riyad was a wonderful host and we enjoyed the barbeque very much! This is a very unusual property with room to spread out. We traveled as two couples and enjoyed having separate quarters. The beautiful landscaped property was fun to wander around. We enjoyed the full moon and starry nights. I would rather stay here than the Hilton any day! Riyad was a very gracious host and helped us arrange airport transfer, wine tour and mountain tour. Everything was coordinated to perfection! Amazing property and owner!

There were 4 of us, two couples that stayed at Quinta. We had looked forward to this tume to relaxduring our 17 day stay in Argentina and had 4 days booked. It completely surpassed any expectations we may have had! Riyad is the perfect host and every thing he set up for us from dinners, a wine tour with a 5 course gourmet lunch, drivers.were nothing but the very best! The cherry on top was the authentic Argentine BBQ he and his grill chef, Juan, created for us was spectacular! An experience we will never forget. Every bite of food was absolutely delicious and created right before us. The main house and the apartment were very clean and comfortable. The grounds are impeccably kept, and we wandered about in the relaxing atmosphere enjoying the many plants and trees. We can't wait to go back! We found a treasure in Mendoza and a friend in Riyad!

great location & relaxing atmosphere

This is the perfect spot for checking out the local wineries. It is within 15 minutes of most wineries. After a day of wine tasting, we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the quinta and hanging around the pool with bottles we purchased throughout the day.

Hidden Gem

My family of 5 stayed at La Quinta for 4 nights. Riyad was very accommodating and had everything ready for our arrival. Our drive in from Santiago Chile took longer than expected due to strike of the guards at border control. We arrived around 8 pm just before sunset which was fortunate because I don't think we would have been able to find this place in the dark. It's rather well hidden on a dirt road in what seems to be the middle of nowhere. By the fourth day we had the lay of the land and could navigate fairly well between Mendoza, Lujan de Cuyo, and La Quinta. My husband and I stayed in the guest house and on the second night (Saturday), we got no sleep due to the noisy neighbors who were playing musing ALL night long. When I mentioned this to Riyad the next day, he said we should have called the police, but honestly I would not even know how to do that nor how that might have been received by the neighbors. The other 3 nights were very quiet. Riyad made us reservations for horseback riding and even led us by convoy to the ranch so we wouldn't get lost. We also went to mass at the little Catholic church in the square at Chacras which was so quaint. We did partake in the BBQ extravaganza. The food was terrific and the grill master Angelo (from New York City ironically) was quite hospitable.

Love Quinta in Mendoza

We recently stayed here for 3 nights traveling between Santiago and Bariloche. It was a wonderful stay and the grounds are so lovely. Everything is very well maintained and having smaller children, it was perfect as they could run around and play and I didn't have to eagle eye them all the time. Riyad was a wonderful host and made sure everything was set up perfectly for us, even to the point of stopping by a local restaurant and making reservations for us. I would definitely come back and spend more time!

Delightful Garden Setting

The units are as pictured on the site and the location is excellent for access to town and wineries. I only wish there had been more of us so we could have taken advantage of the soccer field and volleyball net. The owner bent over backwards to have a 3 story tower put up so the internet would function by the end of our first week. He was responsive to our requests and even invited us to Thanksgiving dinner with friends. The barking dogs disturb the property's tranquility. Double pained windows installed in the guest house would go a long way to reducing the noise from the night clubs (close as the crow flies, not by proximity).

Wonderful Week in Mendoza

We had SUCH an incredible stay at Quinta Anabtawi. Riyad made everything so easy by arranging 7 tours of local wineries (all excellent), as well as horseback riding and a delicious BBQ which is not to be missed! I cannot recommend this place enough and hope that you have the opportunity to stay there. The facilities are wonderful and very clean. The pool is incredible and the BBQ area makes for a great evening of fun and relaxation. Dont miss an opportunity to stay here! Give our best to the wonderful beagle Homero who lives on the premises!

Relaxing Cottage with Spacious Grounds and a Wonderful Pool

After reading earlier entries in your guest book, I can only conclude that we have been by far your laziest visitors. But after 5 weeks on the road, a week of idleness was precisely what we needed. We did manage to visit 2 wineries, and compensated the kids for this with an excursion to the aquarium & serpentarium. Other than that, we have read, swam in the fantasic pool, slept, walked in the garden, cooked for ourselves (a treat after so long) & tickled Homero’s belly. The kids played Monopoly, my husband & I talked without distractions about life back home. Oh ..and we gorged ourselves on your sweet, juicy peaches. Amazing Quinta!!

Quinta Anabtawi Beautiful!

Sat 31st Mar – Friday 6th April Riyad A great find! Riyad, you’re the best host we could have hoped for. Excellent company as are Riyad Jr & Glori. Everything was made easy for us despite our very poor Spanish. Quinta Anabtawi is an amazing place to stay. The accommodation is comfortable, the grounds unbelievable & the pool prefect. (If a little chilly) The highlight has to be Glori’s BBQ – what a great chef! We all agreed that it was the best steak we’ve had in Argentina. Local highlights: Piadina – Great pizza/pastatostados Belasco Baquedano – a great winery & gourmet tasting menu (& unbelievably inexpensive) Marcvelo’s wine tour – what a cool guy! The local village – Chacras de Coria is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to catching up with you when you come over for your visit to England. Keep well. Amazing Quinta Anabtawi!!

Dear Riyad, What a glorious 3 “full” days we have had in Mendoza thanks to you! Where do we begin… - We loved your Quinta – the grounds are awesome and the location is ideal for visiting the wine country of Mendoza. - Having you as a host is like having a personal concierge. - The tours you arranged were also awesome. - The Asado was one of the best meals we have had anywhere, anytime and sharing that time with you is a memory that we will cherish for ever. - As dog lovers we enjoyed having Homero around and helped us not miss our animals at home. - Your restaurant recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed them immensely. - This has been high light of our trip and we are already looking forward to returning and spending more time here. Quinta Anabtawi Beautiful!

Feb 9-16, 2012 Riyad, What can we say to describe this jewel of a resort and your hospitality. It started with the booking and the help you offered us and has ended with a fabulous asado! You are much too modest on your website about how magnificent the Quinta really is. A truly private resort with such unique amenities. We were here with our daughter and son-in-law so the guest house was perfect for the four of us. We so enjoyed trying at our own asados (twice) and even made pizzas in the mud oven one night. Thank you for making arrangements with Diego for our bike and winery tours, it was a fantastic day to enjoy the local scenery, wines and food. As my daughter said, one of the highlights of her life (only 27) was the lunch at Rucamalen you arranged for us. Truly spectacular. As for the Quinta, it was always an oasis whenever we returned from our day trips! The pool was always inviting and such a relaxing place to unwind from the day’s activities. This was a truly amazing family re-union for us and after the hustle and bustle of BA. We so loved this resort. Your own love for the place shows through the care and attention shown to the property. And of course there is loveable Homero, always there to greet us morning, noon and night. What a treat for a dog-loving family. Mendoza? More than wine....

Riyad, my family and I are in love with this place. Since we came to south America more than a year ago, our lives have been more than hectic. Staying at Quinta Anabtawi was a welcome respite; we have never felt more relaxed or able to let our hair down than we do in this setting. My daughter quickly befriended Homero, although he was reluctant to accept her ferocious hugs at first. The wines are to die for.. My recommendations are: 1. Dolium – small, friendly and their wines are luscious. 2. Lagarde – super cute, close and beautiful fruity viogners. We hope to see you again in the future Besos, Rob, Sonia & Zoe.

December 6, 2011 Riyad, We had an amazing time at your Quinta, and wish we could stay (much) longer. The Bbq with Raul was delicious, and got pretty wild! Maybe next time you’ll have better luck at foosball. Lunch at Melipal vineyards was an experience of a lifetime; Food & Wine were unbeatable. We tried putting Homero in our carry-on, but he was too busy enjoying the sun. Eggs for breakfast from the chickens, fresh plums and cherries. What a treat! November 2011 Riyad, Thanks you for sharing your own piece of paradise with us. The wine, the food and most importantly the conversation was a cultural treat we will always remember. I think we were very close to arriving at viable solutions to the world’s problems. Late nights with bellies full of carne and red wine, we crawled into bed and dreamed dreams of peaceful villas and sun soaked vistas. Its cold and snowing at home in Canada and after our time here the prospect of “home” instills mixed feelings of anticipation and regret. It would very easy to fall into this lifestyle. The language, the customs are very compelling and had we come here in our 20’s rather than our 50’s, we may as well have never left! All the best to you! Come visit us! Dear Lynn, Jacki, Claire, David and Bernie. I was busy at the Quinta mowing the lawns with 33C temperatures! I am black as a piece of coal! Thank you for the picture with Bernie. Loved it! I also heeded your calls for improvements. Got the plant out into the sun and replaced the bed in the studio with a much larger one. Next: find a better suited net for the soccer goals I am sure you'll survive the cold! I sometimes crave for some cold here All the best to you, and hope to see you again soon.
