With 300 feet of private boardwalk leading to a floating dock this is the ideal choice for fishermen, kayakers or nature lovers looking for a peaceful getaway! Conveniently located in Shellman Bluff 12 minutes from the I-95. This 2 bed, 2 bath home has a large living & dining area & well equipped kitchen that comfortably accommodates 6. Explore the marsh by kayak, fish off the dock , admire the wildlife... this is what memories are made of!
The space
Lovely two bedroom, 2 bathroom A frame house located in the White Chimney area of beautiful Shellman Bluff.
Bright, good sized living room with amazing view of the marsh. Large eat in kitchen with same amazing view on the marsh and
wood stove for those chilly winter nights.
1 bathroom with tub on main floor, 2nd bathroom with shower in main bedroom on 2nd floor. Both bedrooms are on second floor
Wake up to the wonderful view of the Marsh from the second floor balcony off the bedroom.
You can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or gather there
on a rainy day.
There's tons of exterior space to play all day then gather around the firepit to end your day the perfect way!
The laundry room is located in a separate outdoor building.
300 foot private boardwalk to our NEW floating dock.
Come kayak on our tidal creek. (kayaks included)
