1940's era restored farmhand/cowboy bunkhouse. Its rustic exterior was retained to exemplify its age and origins, but the inside has been updated and remodeled for your comfort. One bedroom, bath, living room w/ kitchenette. Be advised that the all-original ceiling logs have a clearance (head room) of 6'-5", and are spaced every 30", so if you are taller than 6'-4" this would be uncomfortable for you.

The cabin is located on our small farm in the south end of Henrieville valley. The farm originally belonged to my great-grandfather Harry Quilter, (hence the name Quilter Cabin) and changed hands several times over the years, until finally I was able to pick up this portion of the original farm. The previous owners of my property lived in this 385 square foot cabin for seven years while building their strawbale homestead next door, where the property manager (our son) now lives.

Cute and cozy cabin

We enjoyed our 2 nights at the vintage cabin. The amenities provided in the kitchenette were an unexpected added touch. The decor was so appropriate with the variety of quilts, homemade curtains and such. Good directions provided as well.

nice cabin close to Bryce Canyon NP

Nice clean, quiet cabin near BCNP. It is a little off the beaten path, but comforable and cozy. My husband I enjopyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Clean and cozy

We liked the clean, little cabin and it suited our needs just fine. Be sure to get there b4 dark as the location is remote and cell service is spotty.

Cute and Quiet

We had an excellent stay in this cute little cabin. Very clean, well organized, and comfortable. Well stocked with essentials if needed. Quiet environment, we slept great. Perfect get away to enjoy the nearby national parks. We also really enjoyed the booklet that had been pretreated by the hosts. Filled with emergency resources, food, and trail recommendations, we felt prepared and excited to explore.

Stay at the Cowboy Cabin

Overall, I had a great stay. The cabin was isolated, but the inside was beautiful and clean. I have no complaints, it was an easy check in and was a little hard to find, but I got clear instructions to help me find my way.

Short stay at a quaint cabin

Overall the cabin was exactly as advertised, and upon arrival it was so much more quaint and comfortable than we thought. We will definitely stay there again if we're ever going to visit the area again.

Knew the cabin would be rustic and it was nicer than we expected. Went for the dark skys of the area so the location was great, unfortunately couldn't control weather so we didn't get to see much. I would recommend to others

Excellent - Clean - Quiet

The drive between Bryce Canyon National park and the rental was lovely every time we drove it, little to no traffic and views to write home about. So glad we stayed at the cozy clean Quilters Cabin.

Country Tranquility with Stunning Views

We live in a resort town, so wanted to be away from tourist crowds. This was perfect and just a short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. Charming property! Highly recommended for peace and quiet!

Perfect Hide Away!

Just the best option for a cozy, warm, cute, and "close to everything" stay. We stayed in Nov, it was cold outside but warm in the cabin. Everything one needs is there. Gorgeous views, great walking trails, and quiet. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Cozy, quaint & lovely

The bunkhouse was the perfect slice of staying in a quieter part of southern Utah - the renovation of this historic building was well done, and arriving after dusk to the soft glow of the warmed-up kitchen and bedroom was the perfect end to the day. Bed was comfortable, TV/technology great, functional kitchenette. Lots of nice little touches - it was a great place to stay for exploring Bryce/Grand Staircase and heartily recommend it! Located on a farm in the valley south of Henrieville, the location is secluded, peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views. If you prefer being away from the regular tourist crowd, this place is for you. To the northeast you will see the little town of Henrieville surrounded by white cliffs, with a view of the spectacular pink limestone south face of the Aquarius plateau (first step of the Grand Staircase, nearly 11,000 feet elevation). To the west is the Paunsagunt Plateau (second step of the Grand Staircase, 8,000 to 9,500' elevation) and the pink limestone escarpment famously known as Bryce Canyon National Park. I grew up here and have not found a place on earth I like better.
