Perfect, spacious home in Marstons Mills for a family or multiple families recently renovated with lots of natural light, modern furniture. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on our private deck at our outdoor dining table with fire pit and a fully fenced backyard.
Your whole group will enjoy easy access to Hyannis Main St and Mashpee Commons, shopping, dinning, liquor stores, mini golf and golf.
Walking distance to Hamblin Pond Beach and 3.7 miles from Oyster Harbors Beach.

This beautiful split entry way home is located in a quiet neighborhood while only being a few minutes drive away from lots of activities that Cape Cod has to offer. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds and 1 comfortable pull out couch. There is a smart tv located in every room in the house with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. available for you to sign into your account.
On the deck you can find a lounge area with a firepit, a dinning table that sits 6 people with a firepit and a barbecue grill/smoker for your use.

Guests have access to the entire main house, driveway and backyard.
Basement is a separate rental with independent entrance which may or may not be occupied.

Clean and comfy

While it was a struggle with 6 adults and 1 bathroom the house overall was beautiful and the back deck is amazing.

Fantastic home and exactly as advertised!

It's somewhat rare, unfortunately, that the listed pictures match up so perfectly with the actual property, but that's exactly the case here. The entire property was spotless, there was entertainment in every room, washer dryer, awesome deck and grill. Highly, highly recommend for anyone coming out to the cape for a vacation.

Outstanding stay.

Check-in and check-out process was very simple. Owners respond quickly with answers whenever we had questions. They were also very kind to leave us yummy local snacks which our kids enjoyed. It was super easy to get to the beaches around Cape Cod. Many thanks!!!

Location, Location, Location!!!

Our party of 4 women over 40, had a phenomenal time, close to the beach, close to ferry to Martha's Vineyard, close to shopping and restaurants. The one complaint is one of the bedrooms (downstairs to the right) smelled as if a dog had been staying/sleeping there. We noticed that the sheets and bedspread had not been washed in that bedroom. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer in the house so we washed all of them. This is unacceptable especially when paying for a cleaning fee. Also, I probably should have inquired because I am allergic to cats and dogs, I had to keep the windows open (upstairs bedroom) because I was really suffering when in the house for longer than 30 minutes. I'm not sure if a dog had stayed in the house but something was irritating my eyes and sinus. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean, fully stocked and well-kept. Before staying there again I would definitely have to check with the owner regarding the frequency of pet visitors. Were it not for the dog and the sheets, I would have given this property 5 stars overall.
