Great vacation getaway

We will definitely rent this again. Very quiet, clean with everything we needed. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and there is a walking trail a block away which we loved. Easy access to what we where we wanted to go.

Lovely stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice and clean. We had a good time and it served our purpose well. We were not in the house much as we have family in the area and were at their house most of the time. It had every thing we needed. I love the back porch and fenced yard for our dogs. Everything was in good condition and the couch and beds were comfortable.

Gillade: Renlighet, boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation

We were very impressed with the property. Completely furnished and pretty well maintained. The communication with the property management was excellent. The only downfall were the cameras on the porch and in the garage. That is a little intrusive. I understand why they have cameras but those areas should not be allowed. Felt like we were being watched and listened to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the whole stay at this rental house. The place was clean, well kept and fully furnished. The whole neighborhood was quiet, friendly and pretty well maintained. If and when we return to PCB, we will checking to see if this place is available.

Great House & Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a well kept residential neighborhood within about 10 minutes from St Andrews State park and the other beach accesses. If you are looking for a comfortable home away from the crowds and crazies, this is it. About 5 min away from Publix for groceries. It is a very well maintained and spacious house. You can park in the garage or store your vacay items as there is plenty of space. The master is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms which is a plus. I had just sold my house in Panama City and had some special requests since I was in the process of moving. The owner/manager was very gracious and understanding. Additionally, they were exceptionally responsive to my questions/requests.The outdoor space is lovely and would be great for cookouts and gatherings. Additionally, the house was extremely clean upon check in.
