Enjoy lounging waterside on the chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs with umbrella during the day and s’mores at the waterfront campfire at night. Sleeps 10 [up to 12 with prior approval]. The kitchen flows seamlessly with the large living room that has a new comfortable sectional and chairs that make the perfect space for a family movie night. This great living space is also home to the concrete dining table that has ample seating with stylish chairs and a long bench. The best part about all these spaces, is the panoramic views out of the tall oversized windows and floor to ceiling sliding doors.

Here are a couple requests we ask of you before you go:

Please gather your used towels and put in the laundry room. No need to wash them as we will take care of all of that.
Please start dishwasher with any used dishes.
Please take all trash to the garbage can in front.
Please turn off all the lights and make sure the oven is off as well.
Please set thermostat to 72 degrees.
Please make sure all indoor furniture is put back to its original place and all beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items are tied down and in their original place.
Please make sure any outdoor games, beach toys, children’s life vest, or any other property extras are put in their original place and off of the lawn so they are not damaged by the sprinklers.
And lastly, please make sure all windows and doors are fully closed and locked before leaving.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This home is part of a two unit townhome. It has a PRIVATE 100’ beach for you and your guests with water access, large sand area, lounge chairs with umbrella, and waterfront campfire for just your use. The property also has a shared dock with additional beach and water access for you to use with a water Lilly Pad to swim with and access for a boat or water equipment. The dock is only for the two units and not for public use. Please message with us beforehand if you plan on bringing a boat or jet skis as we will make sure the dock is ready for you. The garage or boat lift are not available for use
