You will find everything you need in this freshly renovated condo with all new furnishings. Ultra close to Disney Parks and Outlet Malls. Lots of non-Disney attractions close by. Fresh clean place to stay with KILLER views of Lake Bryan. Charter a pontoon boat or jet skis right to the back of the property. Startbucks and Mini-Golf just outside of the property gate. Your family can be entertained with out even leaving the Resort!
The space
Enjoy a sunrise from your balcony or "ooh" and "aah" at the Disney fireworks lighting up the night sky. Take a jet ski or kayak for a spin on the lake. Get your heart pumping in our fitness center or prepare picnics to take to Disney, SeaWorld or Universal Studios.
Whether you’re here to visit the theme parks, hit the beach for some Florida sun, explore Orlando or take advantage of the amenities at our resort, the Blue Heron Beach Resort is comfortable enough to feel like home.
PETS POLICY
Your fur babies are welcome to join you during your stay. I’m sure your pup is perfect but due to previous experiences with excessive shedding and specialized cleaning, damage and potty accidents we charge a fee. As pet lovers we want to continue to welcome all furry guests.
***Due to allergies sadly we are not able to host feline fur babies at this time***
The pet fee per stay is $150

Welcome to the Blue Heron Beach Resort. This unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom , where 2 guest can sleep comfortably and there is a twin bunk bed in the hallway, it sleeps 4 comfortably.

- The unit is fully equipped with pool toys and pool towels. Be sure to return all items to the unit after use to avoid additional charges for lost items.

- Pets are welcomed. We welcome all canine guests. The pet fee is $20 per fur baby per stay. Any pet over 50lbs are permited but must be pre-approved by hosts. There will be an additional fee of $100 if there is excessive hair shedding left after your stay.
- Shuttle Availability to Disney's Ticket and Transportation Center/ Sea World (Shuttle service is $10 per person and must be booked 24hrs in advanced)
- Private Driver available upon request
