However, we’d like to clarify a few things for future guests. All items you initially reported as “missing”—including towels, dish towels, and bedding—were located shortly after, as they were already stocked in the home. Additionally, we communicated clearly in your inquiry and reservation confirmation that we provide bedding for each advertised bed, not per individual guest. We do not supply nine separate sets of blankets and sheets for a home with fewer beds. To go above and beyond, we even had our cleaner hand-deliver additional bedding during your stay. Many of the other concerns mentioned in your review were unfortunately not brought to our attention at the time. But as with the bedding, we would have been more than happy to accommodate your needs, given the opportunity. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve any issues promptly. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-equipped space and transparent communication. Regarding the exterior, we were a bit unsure about the comment concerning an unpictured brick building. The home itself is fully sided, and the only brick structure on the property is the arcade, which is shown in the listing photos. If something felt unclear in the presentation, we would welcome more detail so we can review it thoughtfully. We apologize for the issue with the couch. It had been deep‑cleaned prior to your arrival, but we understand it still affected your group’s comfort. We’re glad we were able to provide an air mattress and a partial refund to help support your stay. A few of the maintenance items you mentioned were already scheduled for updates. The microwave handle is damaged, but the unit remains fully functional while we await the replacement arriving in October. The bedroom doorknob is not locking properly and will be replaced. With the freezer, our cleaner noted it was clean when she left; however, the photo you shared showed a spill inside. We’re not sure when that occurred, but it has since been fully cleaned and sanitized. We appreciate you acknowledging the air mattress and refund, and we truly regret that your experience didn’t reflect the standard we aim to provide. Your feedback is valuable.
